Always trying to charge the driver with…
Always trying to charge the driver with hiden fees they say everything is clear but infact its not
They lie and lie they are trying to charge me a £400 invoice for a previou chip on the windscreen when i have proof showing its not me.
Please do not use splend i hope all these people using splend leave theu do not treat anybody fairly.
Splend stop trying to leave replies with an add its a lieeeeeee
Never trust or use splend hiden fees un expected charges they say we clarify everything but they do not.
People if you want headach,stress and pain then contact splend
If you want to be free no stress no headach no pain no hiden fee or unexpected charges then contact other companies
Never trust this company i don't understand how the owner is so careless in its operations of its business
Most be a greedy

We don’t apply hidden fees. All charges are outlined in the agreement and explained at the start of the contract, including how damage is assessed and when costs may apply.
In relation to the windscreen charge, if you have evidence showing the chip was pre-existing, we’re happy to reassess this with you - please send us the evidence so we can review it properly.
We also don’t post advertisements in review responses - our replies are simply to address concerns and provide clarity where things may not feel clear.
If something hasn’t been explained properly or handled correctly, that’s something we want to fix.

I came in without an appointment and I must say I was very happy with the service I received at Splend. I was sat at a desk with Nadim who was very informative and explained all the vehicles and their packages that they offer with confidence. I ended up taking the VW ID7 and I was very happy with it.
