Ordered 6 golf gloves on line. I couldn’t believe that over 1 and a half weeks received six different shipments, through Purolator and UPS. 2 seperate shipments from BC. 🤪 The last order was the wrong size. I contact customer service, they don’t say sorry just I’ll send u a return label-. 😳 The return label says I have to pay 💰 to ship Lyme back that was there mistake, that I paid for. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. CANADIAN TIRE OWNS THIS COMPANY 🧐. They say if you want to save shipping charges pile into your car, drive to our store. How far behind Amazon can a company be !!!!

Ordered running shoes online 9 days ago! The tracking info says it's generated a label and that's where we sit after 9 days and 2 phone calls! Absolutely the worst service for online orders I've ever encountered.

I made an online order yesterday of same items. It’s been nearly an entire day, yet some of the items in my order are still not filled. How long does it take to fill an online order? By the time it actually gets filled the items will be sold out. This is the only store I know of that takes so long to complete an order. What’s the hold up? I see the items are still available, so why the delay? It’s very frustrating.

By starting off, it’s a great store for the modern essentials for sports , clothing etc .But it doesn’t have much more stuff for sports than the basics and I would like them to import more different stuff example , soccer Gk gloves they only have the Nike and the plain gloves I was expecting more different stuff example like ulhsports, titan, west coast, one glove etc but for conclusion it’s a great store for basic essentials

I used 40$ gift card in Sport check Fairview mall and my intentions were to use only the value of the card not more than it. However, I bought 2 items within the gift card value. The cashier requested me for donation despite rejecting the request she charged me the so-called donation without my permition and consent. Don't rely on them, price are higher the entire world and they are not trustworthy also customer serves performance is also very poor.

Bought a pair of running shoes which were okay even though the regular price was inflated before the discount however after the purchase they sent me a promo to complete a survey to get $10 of my next purchase of $50 or more. The coupon came however it is not applicable on any sale item and not any good for most brand names. None of this was disclosed in the original offer and I mean none. This is just a further example of the the deceitful practices of this company. Just shop somewhere else when you have options.

This is not a criticism of the employees at the Peterborough SportChek in Lansdowne Place—they’re genuinely helpful, courteous, and professional. The problem is the corporate policy and the overall customer experience, which is shockingly poor and disrespectful.

SportChek Canada has the audacity to charge customers for a shopping bag after they’ve spent hundreds of dollars on merchandise. Who does this? What kind of retailer expects customers to carry out $300 worth of items in their arms or their pockets like it’s some bargain-bin garage sale? It’s cheap, petty, and frankly insulting.

Prices are already ridiculously inflated, even their so-called discounts feel like a scam. The value just isn’t there, and the experience leaves a bad taste; overpriced gear, corporate stinginess, and a lack of basic decency.

To the team in the store: thank you. But to the people setting these policies: shame on you for putting profit over basic customer respect. I wish there were an option to leave zero stars or even negative stars—because this place doesn’t deserve even one.

Never shopping here again.

The online store isn't functional, at least not for me. Sometimes I can't access it at all. Sometimes items that are displayed can't actually be purchased. It's so hit and miss that I've given up.

I have always been nervous about shopping on line; however, the services provided by Harvin & Ysabelle at Sportchek Marine Drive, Vancouver (helping me with the online order) and the order packed by ANG at store number 361 (Sportchek Nanaimo, BC) was excellent. I am so happy with this online shopping experience. Thanks a million to Harvin, Ysabelle and Ang for this fantastic on line shopping experience. Dr Huynh

I placed a Birkenstock order here to use a gift card. The first order was cancelled without ever informing me. I called when nothing arrived, and after a long phone call, they refunded my gift card and gave me a promo code to place another order, and I will say the employees are very nice. Second order came, wrong shoe, wrong size. Called again, and after a second long phone call, once again nice staff, but can’t refund me my gift card until order returned. I ordered a third time, returning the wrong order, and never heard from them again, even though Tara said she would follow-up. Called for a third lengthy time and they said this could take up to 30 days once received to figure out. Don’t expect quick service here. Order your boots in the summer and your sandals in the winter because the season will pass before your order arrives! Good-luck.

Went in on Sunday at pen centre too look for a e bike . Couldn't find it so I asked since on line it said you had 2
They check half later called said the would put it together tomorrow for me to see . Nothing was done
Can't even have one e bike on display

Ordered a pair of shoes, got tracking the day after order was placed but the package has not even moved. The package is stuck at "shipping label created" with Canada Post for over a week.

I contacted customer support and all they did was create a case and said someone would contact me about it. (I doubt this) Not sure what's going on with this company.

I would avoid ordering online from here as it seems their delivery times are all over the place and packages aren't even getting picked up or dropped off at the couriers...

Update: The product magically showed up after no updates for nearly 2 weeks. Someone did reach out and we were able to sort it out.

I had the opportunity to have a five star service from Marcus in the footwear department! Not only was he very kind and helpful, but he ensured I was very informed about the type of shoe that would best suit my needs. I hope many more customer will get to experience this amazing quality of customer service!

Online ordering shipping is very slow. Customer service is nonexistent.

Poor Customer Service at Sport Check Chinook Mall

You guys (the cashier and the hard goods lead named: Nathaniel) if you dont love/like your job, quit!!! give it to people who can execute the job and customer service better! I came at the store at 10 am Friday, not crowded not jam packed, went to the cashier to ask for assistance, called up someone (Nathaniel), and came to me stare at me and said, "What"? is that how you approach customer? rather than saying "How may I assist you?" Sport Check, maybe this is an isolated one, but pick your ground staff to be better at customer service!

Nasty! Went to buy a pair of sunglasses said I stole the ones I had. Okay lady riddle me this? How did I steal them when you lock them in a case, and secondly how did I steal an item that you don’t carry? Oh well you’ve now lost 500 dollars from me. Told her call the cops because I have the receipt you said you saw me take them? That’s a lie! I told her call the security guards and the rcmp I said I’ll wait I walked out they never bothered. Yeah because I’m sure the cops would have given them poop for wasting their time. Don’t bother replying because we already know that you deleted the footage and you claim that it never happened. News flash you can’t press charges if there is no evidence! It’s called PROFILING! Have not and will not ever set foot again In any store under the Canadian tire brand! Not worth the 50 dollar discount on the sunglasses. Zero stars for you. You certainly don’t deserve that one star but their website will not allow a zero stars rating! And grace eye wear says thanks for the sale sport chek because unlike you we don’t profile people we treat them with dignity respect and integrity! Three words you wouldn’t know the meaning of if it hit you in the face with a wooden two by four!

Online store is completely useless. Clicked on Running, then Shoes, Then Running and the website took me back to shoes in general. Picked NB, Running didn't even show up, just Tennis, Basketball, and something else. Clearance, also useless. None of the shoes were available at my store or even nearby stores AND NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. So you have an online store that shows shoes for sale, but you don't sell them online. I hope this store figures out a fix for this (ridiculous). This is why I don't shop ONLINE WITH SPORTCHEK.

***A customer service manager tried to shut me up with a $50 Canadian Tire voucher for leaving me without a stroller!***

I ordered a Thule Coaster XT bike trailer / stroller that was at a great price. I was sent the wrong trailer (much cheaper, not convertible - not suitable for the purpose I bought the trailer for.) When called to the customer service, firstly the representative named Derek was rude when I didn't understand his question. Secondly I was told that I will be given the money back, but I will have to spend my time sending the wrong item back (this massive box sitting in my living rom that I need to take to the Purolator office myself now), spend my time on the phone sorting getting this return organized and I should just go buy the replacement elsewhere as they run out of the ones I ordered. and they are not willing to do anything to replace the item I didn't get as they no longer have an exact same model and they are not willing to upgrade. The item arrived damaged and the wrong model. Pretty appalled with the service from start to finish.
