I am trying to contact this company about a defective item I received. This was a gift that the recipient did not open until 2 days after Christmas. Deeply imbedded in the site is a disclaimer that you must start a return within 48!hours- this was not possible, yet there is no one to talk with, just a chat box that keeps giving the same useless information. Buyer beware!

Although Sports Memorabilia had issues meeting my order which caused a long delay in these items being shipped, Lilly from customer service went above and beyond in making sure that this did not slip through the cracks. Lilly provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to assist with this.

I had an issue with an item that was damaged in transit. I was lucky enough to have Alejandra assist me with my issue. She was the consummate pro and quickly responded to every message and addressed every concern that I had until my matter was resolved. She was the absolute best!

RUTH, was her name simply amazing. It was my second time calling today and she was so attentive to my needs and was able to help me get resolution in my issue. Thank you Ruth I hope get to speak again one day. James

This was my first venture into the world of sports memorabilia. What we do for those little ones we love!

Due to this first time experience, it was difficult finding information about the order placed through Sportsmemorabilia's site. When I called their contact phone number, Kayla answered, listened to my distress, calmed me by locating the order information and quickly sending me a link to access tracking.

While I may not need any of Sportsmemorabilia's products again, they are certainly represented by a quality employee who addresses clients concerns and remedies situations.
