We had an item arrive that was not up to the standards we expected. After verifying the issue with pictures, we received a Fed Ex return label and sent it back. The package got "lost" on the way back and tracking stopped at one location for days. We contacted Matthew and he was great. He kept us in the loop with regular emails and made sure the refund was processed back on our credit card.

Doreen was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service.

Stay away from this company. They ruined a 9 year old's Christmas by selling me an item they never had in stock to begin with. It took me reaching out to them after 17 days to find this out. The company is a disaster.

I placed an order on December 9. Estimated date of arrival: December 28. The order has not yet shipped. On the website it is marked "Estimated Delivery:
Dec 21 2021", yesterday it marked "Dec 20 2021". I tried to write in the chat but it is impossible to talk to a Fan Advocates.
I just need to know when the item will be shipped because it's a gift and it seems crazy that you can't talk to someone. The only alternative I have is to make an international call, since I live in Italy, but it seems crazy!

Update December 27th
Today I can finally connect with a "fan advocates" and I find that my package has been shipped. I have not received any shipping confirmation email with tracking. On the site, in the history page of my orders, it is still marked "processing".
How was I to know it was shipped? Apparently only they know.
They say FedEx tried to deliver, but the courier didn't find anyone and FedEx sent the package back. I never found any FedEx notice on my front door.
The most shocking thing is that Sportsmemorabilia have resold what I bought.

Tyler was very quick at answering my questions and getting me the information I needed. I appreciate him staying in touch with me and giving me the information I needed. Thank you for great customer support.
