I had an amazing experience with Sports Memorabilia. They had an easy to use interface, promptly shipped my order and even delivered it days before they said they would which was amazing since it was right before thanksgiving. I would like to give an extra shout out to Matthew from customer service for answering all my questions promptly and leaving me satisfied with my product. He is an example of how customer service should be.

Doreen was fantastic. There was a long delay in getting an expensive item I had ordered. She investigated the issue and discovered the warehouse had issued a shipping label but never mailed the product. I contacted her again three days later to let he know they still had not mailed the item. She contacted the warehouse again and gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I received the package immediately after she contacted them a 2nd time. Doreen was professional and handled the problem quickly. The service she provided exceeded my expectations. Thanks Doreen. Your great service and attention to detail was very appreciated.

Tyler was a big help in getting a Detroit Lions autographed picture resent with a better matched frame. The original picture frame had a red background and Tyler proactively reached out and asked if I wanted to change the background color. I ordered 1,019.97 worth of merchandise (3) items. When the shipment arrived it did not come with certificates of authenticity as stated on your website. Also, when I went to put the serial number in to track authenticity, the information that came up was not correct. After I contacted Matthew, he had the site updated, and made sure that I got the certificates of authenticity. He was prompt and very professional. It was very nice to have someone help you that actually seems concerned. He was extremely polite as well. I wish that there were more customer service employees like him. I had ordered a frame and it was slightly damaged in shipping, which I didn't notice right away because I was out of town for a family emergency when it arrived at my home (and my fiancé didn't open the package while I was gone). For this reason, I was slightly past the return time period but they still honored the return for me which I greatly appreciated!
