Starcover looked after my late husband really well for seven years for which we are ever so thankful. A special thank you to all the staff especially Sam, Lee and Margaret who were always there when we needed them. They were super kind, caring and friendly that we had formed such a strong bond through the years. We highly recommend Starcover for their outstanding care, well trained staff and professional services.

Having had experience and contact with a number of 'Care Company's I can honestly state that Star Cover provide the best service, their staff are well trained, skilled, good communicators, compassionate and go 'over and above' to care for their clients, thank you Star Cover keep up the good work!

Starcover promotes teams that collaborate to achieve common goals. Employees and managers readily offer their assistance to each other to meet corporate objectives. We are in most cases conveyed to work to and from daily . This has eased stress on the part of us the employees and at the same time our service users realises our efficiency.Eventually organisational goals and objectives are met.

2. High Employee Morale
There are no silos at starcover. All offices are accessable and issues are presented openly through organisation communcation platforms which are available . This has made me value my position and and have a desire to work there for a long time.
3. Offers Training. The
Company provide on-the-job training and opportunites for us to enhance our work-related skills. This has made us work efficiently without posing risks to service users.Starcover also offer opportunities to pursue certification and continual education as regards to both nurses and carers respectively.
4. Handles Poor Performance
Starcover confronts poor performance instead of ignoring it. It deals with poor performance and wrong doing openly to improve service delivery.
5. Adapts to Opportunities . Starcover is always seizing new business.l have realized that it knows how to recognize and get new business .

Star over Health and Social Care Ltd is known for professionalism in the discharge of care and support works with topnotch training facilities and staff consideration.

The team at starcover provided overnight care for my terminally ill father during the last few weeks before he passed away. These guys were absolutely amazing. Kirsty who was office based advised me I could contact her 24/7 if I had any questions or concers. The team that came out to look after dad (Sam/Tracey/Lee) were really caring and they were passionate about providing the best care possible to help dad through the final weeks. Starcover also provided access to an app which gave real time updates on how dad was doing. I cannot recommend starcover enough, amazing people.

Starcover, like the name implies, are REAL STARS when it comes to offering job opportunities and they are so considerate of personal choices and preferences when it comes to work placements.

It's great company to work with. All the members of the the StarCover are friendly. They really support people and get jobs as possible. They treat people kindly, respectively and equally. They are professional people on their works. It's only COVID19 slow down every thing now. I am extremely happy with them.
