I've worked for Alltogether Care Services for over 7 years now and its been a pleasure to work for a company so innovative and forward thinking.

Its company ethos of people, pride and passion radiates through everything they do and strive to achieve. They have won various awards in the Social Sector for not only their customer service but their Management and Leadership skills.

They provide the best care at home and housing support services for the most vulnerable in the West and East Dumbartonshire areas.

They bring the sunshine into peoples lives on a daily basis and nothing is too much for them. The staff are always trying to think of ways to enhance peoples lives for the better. Wither its getting to social events, integrating with the community or simply having a 1-1 with people.

They truly are an inspirational company, which don't put profits over any of their Service Users well being

I am proud to say that I have worked for Alltogether Care Services for nearly 7 years now within the Operational Department. It is an excellent company to work for where every single person takes pride in the job they do. We all work as a team and with grades of ‘Excellent’ from the Care Inspectorate and the number of awards we have won over the years is testament to this. In 2024 we won Scottish Provider of the Year and Care Worker of the Year through Scottish Care!

Love the job I do and the people I look after.

I have recently joined Alltogether as a support worker and can honestly say it's like a breath of fresh air. Having worked for probably the largest home care provider in glasgow and becoming completely disillusioned with the industry coming to Alltogether has given me a new outlook. As a member of staff I have felt fully supported as I started my journey with them.
I have never before seen the care taken to ensure the staff and service user are the correct fit. I couldn't recommend more highly. If you are someone in need of care or support at home or are hoping to start or further your career in care Alltogether are definitely the company to look at

Great company really care about getting the right person for the job

As someone who was new to care the training and onboarding was thorough and well structured, providing me with the knowledge and confidence to hit the ground running.
The companies client centred approach to building care packages is really great and allows us to provide genuine and compassionate care that clients really appreciate.

Having been in the care sector over 10 years now and being with alltogether 4 of those years I can honestly say it’s best care company I have worked for, nothing is a problem and communication from operational team to field team is excellent! Care and compassion is at the heart of everything we do! Proud to be part of this company!

I have worked withe the company for nearly 4 year. I definitely made the right decision as there is a great work/life balance, training and always somebody attending end of the phone if needed. Working with the company has brought the best in me as I have won 2 awards with them. Last year team influencer and the year Scottish Care of the Year. Started working for Alltogether care over 2 and a half years ago doing social support worked in home care in previous job good rota system and good set days off good work life balance I have the same set of service users which helps create a good bond great team who always check in on you with monthly well-being calls I have learned a lot with the good training system I love my job 🤗

I have now worked at Alltogether Care for 2 years, I am a social support worker supporting people in their home and out in the community, I have the same set of services users since the beginning and built up a great rapport with them, every day is different, wether it's supporting them in the home or attending activities out in the community, I really like the variety of job, i work the hours that suit me, I feel very supported by the management and supervisors, we really are a great team, I am proud to work for for this award winning company.

Having never worked in home care I very much appreciated the comprehensive initial training and shadowing of an experienced carer before being given service users to work with. Working with the same service users all the time means I can get to know them and their families, building good relationships. I feel continuity of staffing is vital for our service users and their families.There is ongoing training and I always know there
is someone to contact if a problem arises. Alltogether Care is committed to staff welfare and this shows in how supervisors and other staff have supported me.

Having never worked in the care industry it was daunting however I've never experienced a company that cares so much about their team and their wellbeing. The clients you meet are wonderful such a different mix you leave after a shift feeling you've made a difference to their lives. Working for alltogether care has been a great changing career even better.

I started with Alltogether care services six months ago now,I was looking for a career change ,something different, a life challenge ,and can safely say i feel I have found it and more .
From as early as interview stage I have and feel totally supported from office team and supervisor.
I woupd say Alltogether care services are so supportive and encouraging in every aspect.
The bonds that I have built with my service users is lovely.
I am so very proud to be part of this company and certainly wear my uniform with nothing but pride .

From interview stage through training and placement with my service users, there has always been constant support from team in office and every day is different. Coming from a retail background into a career in the care industry , I have found Altogether Care Services to be so supportive and encouraging at every step. I find every day is different and the bonds I have formed with my service users is lovely and although I work alone I always know there is support at end of the phone if I needed. There is soo much you can learn and information is always available for any interest you may have if you want to improve your service users home life.

Staff and management go above and beyond to care for not only the person in their care but the whole family. Made a huge difference to a difficult time. Thank you.

Fantastic company, not only did they look after my mum who had dementia they always made sure my dad was ok. Took time to speak to him and let him know that he wasn't forgotten. Go above and beyond.
