So far so good. Great platform that allows me to make investments in young companies that could be leaders in the future. I get an opportunity that is not available elsewhere. Will continue to work with these guys.

As someone who is new to investing, I find StartEngine is easy to navigate and transparent in providing information about the offerings. I'm so comfortable, I invested in 2 projects.

Easy to follow through. All the information was straightforward. No issues at all.

StartEngine offers retail investors a unique opportunity to invest in early-stage startups and growth companies with low minimums, often as little as $100. It stands out for its large community, diverse offerings (including collectibles), and a platform that is generally easy to use. However, it is crucial to understand that investing in private companies is inherently high-risk, illiquid, and speculative; you can lose your entire investment.

It was interesting to see some companies that I remember, such as Chi-Chi's, show up as an investment opportunity. The platform itself is pretty straightforward and easy to use. The process for making a first investment is generally smooth, however, some users have had difficulty with their customer support.

I became acquainted with this company during the pandemic since there was nothing to do and for some UNKNOWN reason the Government was giving out money like the country was having a fire sale! Since I had extra cash, I decided to invest in a company who was trying to do something different. Not much, just the minimum to get in on the ground-floor, to say that I was there. StartEngine was the platform that they were using. As I set up an account, I started to look around to see what other "trouble" I could get in. I found two other investments to be a part of. The initial one was a Black-Owned bread company, next I found I movie production company, and lastly an eye testing outfit.
The initial contact and the set-up is dynamite, they can take your money with the best of them, and that is not always a bad thing. However, where the problem comes in is when you already know that either the investment is a bust or has been moved, etc... For example, the bread company when into bankruptcy last year... the movie production company went to a different agent...the eye testing company who knows. I may be a Billionaire and have no IDEA because my portfolio says that all three investments are alive and well with them... TWO of the THREE we know are gone.

Now what they do WELL. When I said that very same thing to them, their Customer Service Rep was personable and acknowledged their system's shortcomings and let me know that they are aware and are looking into making changes. There was no ETA, but at least I was not ignored, and I got something that my own retirement people don't do... I got a straight answer without doublespeak or legalese!

Nicole was outstanding!!! She replied within a day with a complete and concise explanation to my very specific concern.

The great part is being associated with something new with potential to be big. Things were rocky when I could not get access to my account. That problem is now fixed. To me anything new/growing will have some stumbles, goal is to fix them. I would be proud to see Fanbase grow and in valuation, I realize how black or black leaning businesses are undervalued

StartEngine answers my questions within 24 hours and makes sure I understand. So far I feel like their honesty about my questions makes me feel secure in doing business with them.

Customer support and the full company team are always great when you need to fix a problem with your account, they act fast and in a very professional way.

I have been investing through StartEngine for years and I have found them to be easy to use and very responsive with any questions I may have. I find that the offerings on StartEngine are top-tier and I am excited to see how my many investments develop over the upcoming years. I've been using StartEngine for several years now. I originally found out about it after Mr. Wonderful (Kevin O'Leary) invested in HoneyFund after their appearance on "Shark Tank." For someone like me who lives paycheck to paycheck and doesn't make much money, I thought venture capital investments were an impossibility. StartEngine has changed all of that. They've made investing in start-up companies available to the rest of us, and it's extremely easy to do. In fact, I use my credit card to make my payment and earn incentives at the same time! I've now invested over $10,000 on this platform and even in the company itself. The only negative experience I've had, which was outside their control, was investing in a company that listed with StartEngine then didn't want to pay the cut they owed them so they sold our shares to us individually outside of the platform. I was stupid enough to give them my money and got scammed (GC Plus). All in all though, I've made a lot more money on return for my investment through StartEngine than I could ever do on my own in the stock market. Go big, or go home!

I find this platform to be very user-friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. I appreciate that StartEngine helps investors discover new investment opportunities.

Fairly easy, would like a 800 number for support like recovering ID (simple ?) just help navigating around to see when and if going public

After receiving an email regarding a supposed account in with them, I utilized the only means of contacting them (email). They will not respond to me. I fear someone has stolen my identity and I would appreciate if they would respond to me.
