I would like to ask for support. I have been the victim of multiple crimes and was scammed out of several thousand euros by two brokers, and also misled by my manager, Monika Skubisz.
I have evidence to prove everything — text messages, recordings, documents from Solaris, and everything else that can confirm I am telling the truth. I have been deceived and multiple crimes have been committed against me.

The same happened at Good Life, where people took advantage of the fact that I am sick and deaf in one ear. They thought I was a drug addict, but in reality, I am just an overworked person — I have to work my whole life because I have no one to rely on.

I am looking to raise a claim of gross negligence regarding the letting of my property by this company. The letting was badly mismanaged with a number of serious errors, and ended up with the property being used as a cannabis farm with massive damage caused.

Staves did not supply a tenancy agreement for the last tenant, did not register the deposit as is legally required, took no action when the previous tenant was in breach of the tenancy agreement by changing the locks and subletting, as well as the lack of inspections through them not endeavouring to get new keys from the tenant. I also have doubts that proper referencing was even undertaken for the last tenant.
