This is the worst gift card experience of my life. Itâs now been almost 36 hours and still donât have a card. I have emailed them a million times and received zero help. The gift card code they sent my son says it has already been redeemed. I have asked for my money back but now they wonât communicate with me. Donât recommend.

Gift Card Not Redeemable
Purchased a Razer Gold gift card from this site. When attempting to load card to digital wallet received a message that the card had already been redeemed. When contacting support I was told to retry the code and to also scan the barcode. We did both with same result. Sent support the error message received and was informed that this was a scam experienced by many of their customers and was told to contact the person to whom the card was gifted for resolution. Which makes no sense. This is the second time this has happened on a card purchased from this site. The first was for a Steam card, with the same resolution by the same support person. I requested either a new card or refund. Have had no response from support since. Plan to report them for online fraud. Their support is not necessarily helpful. Don't purchase from this business.

Total scam! Purchased 2 $30 cards and had to go thru several verifications to access. I still couldnât get codes so I email them. They sent me 2 codes that had already been redeemed. Basically they stole my money.
I am editing this because I finally got codes that did work. It did take a lot of effort and complaining. I wouldnât go this route again in the future.

(I see all the one stars being replied with the company claiming the reviewers not holding any factual connection to their company. The reviews on their own website donât allow you to filter reviews only shows 5 stars, honestly looks like a scam since they wonât let you see critical reviews.)

This company is a scam. Do not trust them.
Cant believe I have to say this but please don't fall for it, or let your families fall for it. You may see some stories of it working. Feel like those are either one offs or lies. If someone wants to buy gift cards, make sure they are purchased physically or from steam directly this holiday season please.
I say this because I just had a well meaning family member try to purchase me a gift of $50, then when it was delivered Steam said the code had already been redeemed. Then support from steamcarddelivery said that there was nothing they could do. And we were the "only people to get the code". We have reported them to the bank and to the FTC.
OH and come to find out they charged the family member an $8 fee on top of that AND wanted PHOTO ID to prove the purchase.
