Tyler immediately provided me with all the information to return and tried his best to make the situation right. After all the hassle, I would use this company again because of the confidence in knowing I will be taken care of in the event something is not up to standards. Thanks Tyler!

Wonderful Customer Service! I needed to modify the shipping speed on my order (a Father's Day gift for my husband) and Tyler was beyond helpful. He followed up with me via email, initiated the change in shipping and and confirmed with his warehouse that this would be honored. I wish all companies had this level of customer service. So impressed.

I have just had a fantastic customer service experience thanks to Tyler. After having logded a complaint about an order i was charged for but never recieved with another of Steiners customer service agents (who is no longer with the company), i was frustrated and angry with the company. I had all but written them off and was no longer going to do any business with them. I decided to try getting my complaint resloved one last time and this time my complaint was handled quickly, professionally and i was kept updated throughout the entire process. Tyler single handedly restored my faith in the company and i will continue to do business with them thanks to him.

I really had an amazing experience. I ordered a signed jersey for my husband and noticed shipping was going to be delayed. I immediately reached out to the chat service and was helped by Tyler. Let me tell you! From the beginning he was very helpful and his follow up even after to make sure everything was good didn’t stop. I was able to add expedited shipping and got my husbands gift super fast. He opened it yesterday and thumbs up! It is AMAZING. So happy that I ordered from Steiner Sports and even happier with the customer service I received from Tyler.

You’ve gained a customer for life!!! I had ordered a Super Bowl LIV Patrick Mahomes signed helmet. Doreen helped me to acquire it. Unfortunately, unforeseen financial difficulties required that I return my prized possession. Doreen then assisted me with the process of returning the item. Your company’s customer service is phenomenal. You have excellent people working for you and Doreen is one such person. I thank her for all the assistance I have received with my orders and return.

My Autographed Mookie Betts Photo got caught in The Great Snow Storm of February 2021. But not for long! Tyler from Steiner S was on the job from day 1. He tracked it down like a Bloodhound! Got Fedex to send it to me overnight. Got it the next day since I paid for overnight. Steiner is a little more expensive but they've definitely got their stuff together!

My package was lost by FedEx. I contacted Steiner and Tyler got in touch with me and was great. He filed the lost item claim with FedEx and kept me up to date. Couldn't be any happier with Tyler's service.

Recently, I purchased a jersey frame from Steiner Sports but my office delivery details were incomplete. Once I called Steiner Sports, I luckily spoke to one of their employees named Cristin and she was absolutely fantastic! Cristin was very personable, proactive and helpful in locating my package and connecting with the courier to ensure that any further delay in delivery was avoided. I actually received the package within 24 hours after our call! Once Cristin talked to the courier, she called me back and sent me an email to assist in managing my expectations and that she did! I will certainly think of Steiner Sports for any future sports related purchases and I give much of that credit to the service I received from Cristin. Great job!

Shelby provided me excellent service in helping me determine if my signed baseball was authentic, which it was. Very helpful for sure.
