Da anni ordino il loro fondotinta, sistematicamente ordino n.2 pezzi alla volta perché fruisco di uno sconto benefits aziendale e così, acquistandone due, mi viene la spedizione gratuita. Ieri mi Ú arrivato il pacco e conteneva solo uno dei due fondotinta che avevo ordinato. Ovviamente non mi sono fatta video o foto mentre aprivo il pacco perché era integro e, in totale buona fede, non avrei mai pensato che ci potesse essere un pezzo mancante e, a dire il vero, quando mi era capitato anni fa con una farmacia online (ma avevo fatto un ordine grosso con tanti pezzi e articoli diversi tra loro), a seguito della mia segnalazione sono stati loro a visionare le telecamere perché la fase di imballaggio ordini era video sorvegliata. Dopo aver contattato lâassistenza via chat (telefonicamente é impossibile, ti tengono in linea in attesa a oltranza continuando a ripetere di rivolgersi in chat per sveltire), penso che la chat fosse gestita da intelligenza artificiale o da qualche operatore che usa il traduttore automatico senza capire, perché non sono stata minimamente ascoltata nelle mie richieste. Volevano foto del pacco (ma saranno loro, grande e seria azienda, a riprendere la fase di imballaggio, come fanno anche le piccole realtà , per tutelarsi, e comunque non so a cosa potesse servire la foto del pacco aperto), poi hanno detto che per venirmi incontro eccezionalmente (facendomi intendere che pensavano mi fossi inventata tutto) mi avrebbero rimborsato il prodotto mancate (ci mancherebbe altro!), al che spiego che così mi penalizzano per un loro errore perché, così facendo, io avrei dovuto ordinare subito il pezzo mancate che mi serviva, ma avrei pagato la spedizione, cosa che cercavo di evitare acquistando appostamenti due pezzi alla volta, e che desideravo quindi che mi spedissero il prodotto mancante che avevo pagato, che non volevo il rimborso, oppure che se lo rimborsavano avrei voluto un codice sconto per la spedizione gratuita in modo da non rimetterci. Hanno detto che non era possibile per scarsità di scorte (assurdità visto che il prodotto era pagato e disponibile), alla fine per risolvere ho dovuto fare 60 km in auto tra andata e ritorno per recarmi in store fisico a Padova dove le ragazze almeno sono prodigate per aiutarmi, anche se non hanno potuto risolvere il problema in quanto lo store online e quello fisico sono due compartimenti stagni non comunicanti tra loro. Assistenza clienti online pessima, se potete andate nei negozi fisici dove almeno ci sono persone competenti e pro attive. Online sono solo stata presa in giro per un loro sbaglio

TrÚs déçue. Jâai acheté un anti-cernes MAC (commande n°6942097963) qui sâest cassé aprÚs seulement quelques semaines dâutilisation normale. Lâembout applicateur est cassé, rendant le produit inutilisable alors quâil est quasiment neuf.
Au vu du prix, câest déjà inacceptable.
Mais le pire reste le service client : une assistante IA qui répond en boucle avec les mêmes messages automatiques, sans jamais traiter le problÚme. AprÚs 3 jours, toujours aucune réponse humaine.
Jâai pourtant envoyé les photos et la preuve dâachat.
Franchement, pour une marque comme MAC, câest inadmissible.

Die neuen Lipglosses Air und wie die nun heissen sind miserabel! Nach 5 Minuten sind meine Lippen schon trocken. Der Lopgloss hÀlt nicht lange und pflegt nicht. Die alten waren 1000 mal besser! Ich war seit Ìber 20 Jahren teue Kundin aber das ist nun vorbei mir diesen schlechten Lipglosses. Die Farben sind auch echt hÀsslich keine Glitzer nichts. Die Besten Lipglosses waren die PLUSH und DAZZLEglosses mit der alten Textur Sticky und langanhaltend!

Started to place an order for a lipstick and noticed I was charged for delivery. Iâd already checked delivery charges and found this on the website -
1. Standard Delivery: £2.95 (FREE on every order when you sign in, register or when you spend £30)
Live chat wasnât working, the site suggests contact by WhatsApp but when a message is sent you get an immediate response stating that WhatsApp isnât monitored and it suggests using live chat!
Iâve called and been told that free delivery is a promo when you sign in for the first time, this should be communicated in the delivery info!

You cannot complain - their chat or wats app does not exist- I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent purchase from MAC Cosmetics.
On the 27th of November 2025, I brought a group of my theatrical makeup students to MAC store for a demo, they enjoyed the experience and purchased a great deal of products. I have always championed MAC to my students but will not moving forward a complete rip off. I personally purchased a Lingering eyebrow pencil. I have used just a few of times â and I truly cannot believe that something at this price point has run out so quickly. I am honestly shocked.
I feel this is a really disappointing product, and I do not feel I have received value for the price I paid. I would like to understand why I should be expected to pay such a high price for something that lasts for such a short time.

45 minute service at MAC store,Arcadia CA
I booked a 45 minute service at the store in Arcadia, CA. It was such a disappointing waste of money. I wanted tops and tricks, especially showed matching and how to apply make up. The woman who was supposed to be an expert was taking tips from me. She had no idea how to help with my skin tone or application. I could have just walked in and had swatches and did not have to spend $90. The overall atmosphere at that store is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The were too busy talking to each other to even notice customers coming in. I love some of my MAC cosmetics but this experience has made me rethink being a MAC customer.
