Good as they gave me daily work in different schools doing supply TA work. The only issue was that work was on and off and I wasn't able to find anything permanent as a TA.

Positive experience overall
I have had a good experience working with Mohammed. He has been very supportive and helpful.
As a company however, the pay is not what I expected as I am paid as a qualified teacher when I am teaching in a school. This does not apply when you are supply though and your daily rate is paid as an unqualified teacher. So do bear that in mind.
Overall my experience has been a positive one.

I have been working successfully with Step Teachers for nearly three years. During this time they have kept me very busy with a good variety of schools and age ranges from Nursery to Year 6. I have been able to work when I want to and have thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility of being able to choose the days I am in school. The staff are always super friendly and work hard to keep me busy during the school year. I rely on Step Teachers as am with no other agency but they have not disappointed!
