Top produit! Livraison médiocre !

Rien à redire cÎté du site, rien à redire cÎté des choix, qualité, beauté, service! Merci pour la réactivité face à mes questions.
Seul bémol : la livraison !!! La boîte était cassée et ouverte. Heureusement, la casquette etait intacte.
De plus, le livreur n a pas respecté mon adresse de point relais et cela m a donc contrarié pour ma facilité de réception...

Nous sommes en revanche désolés pour l’état du colis à la livraison ainsi que pour le non-respect du point relais choisi. Heureusement, la casquette était intacte, mais cela ne correspond évidemment pas à l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce désagrément.

Shipping and communication is awful

Shipping and communication is awful. Over the phone they tell you no VAT will need to be paid, takes a week to actually send the item (this is the time they start their 3-5 day delivery timing) and then you get a notice from Royal Mail that you DO have to pay VAT. Slow and inconsistent.

2 weeks waiting on the parcel, and have just been notified hat I WILL have to pay VAT, eventhough the people at Stetson assured me this was not the case.

We fully understand your frustration, especially after being told that no VAT would be due and then receiving a payment request from Royal Mail. This should have been communicated clearly and consistently from the beginning, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused.

We would also like to apologize for the delay before dispatch. This is not the level of service we want to provide, and we will review your case internally to understand what happened and how we can improve our communication and shipping process.

4-stere omdat de SchirmÃŒtze toch net een andere kleur had dan verwacht. Was niet zo goed in te schatten op de website.

Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling. Fijn om te horen dat de levering keurig is ontvangen en dat u tevreden bent over de kwaliteit.

Jammer dat de kleur van de flatcap net iets anders uitviel dan verwacht. We begrijpen dat kleuren online soms lastig precies in te schatten zijn, bijvoorbeeld door lichtinval en beeldscherminstellingen.

Mocht u toch niet helemaal tevreden zijn, dan kunt u het artikel binnen 100 dagen gratis retourneren, zolang het ongebruikt is en alle labels nog bevestigd zijn.

I have used Stetson a number of times


I have used Stetson a number of times for different hats over the years. The website is very well presented and stock availability has always been accurate for me. Since I am in the UK they have been very good at covering the costs of the import and duty fees. I will almost certainly use them again and so definitely recommended.

Stetson Hatteras Silk 64cm er stÞrre enn min gamle i 64 cm


Hei. Jeg har brukt ulike Stetson Hatteras Silk i mange år. Alltid 64 cm. De passer utmerket.

Jeg hadde en på 63cm, men den var i minste laget.
Selv om jeg måler mitt hode til 62/63 cm.

Nå kjÞpte jeg 3 stk. fra dere på 64 cm.
2 Silk. 1 Linn.

Flotte produkter, men disse er merkbart stÞrre en mine på 64cm !
De er for store for meg. Det er sjelden jeg opplever. Disse 3 nye er ca. 1.5 / 2 cm for stor.

Velger jeg 62cm er jeg redd de blir litt for trang.
Jeg kan da få sår i huden over Þret.
Velger jeg 63cm er det bare 1 cm mindre. Jeg ligger nok midt i mellom.

Utfordringer med hatter er at de ikke er like store i stÞrrelse, men de kan ha samme cm oppgitt fra fabrikken.

Vi forstår godt at dette er frustrerende, spesielt når du har brukt samme modell og stÞrrelse i mange år. Selv om stÞrrelsen er oppgitt i centimeter fra produsenten, kan passformen variere noe avhengig av materiale, produksjon, modell og hvordan luen sitter på hodet. Silke, lin og andre materialer kan også oppleves forskjellig i bruk.
