I contacted Stewart Travel to price and expensive cruise and stay holiday from Japan to Vancouver from Dublin or UK
Julie was initially agent and was great with several queries. She went on leave and Eamonn took over finding us our trip .We kept tweaking requests and Eamonn came back promptly several times with our queries. I do a lot of travelling but have never had such customer service. Both agents were excellent and I'll definitely be using Stewart Travel in future!

We had an amazing experience booking our cruise through Stewart Travel, especially thanks to Marion. We had to make some changes just two weeks before travelling, and Marion couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. We had the most amazing cruise and would definitely book through Stewart Travel again. Highly recommend! 🚢✨

Mis sold holiday, never explained or documented that air con would be charged at €10 per day. Horrendous accomodation, complained to Stewart travel, corporate response which is extremely disappointing leaving me stuck in sub standard accommodation but Stewart travel customer care appalling

We booked our Canada and Alaska trip through Stewart Travel in Inverurie. Justine listened to exactly what we wanted and made us a perfect itinerary. We are just back and it was perfect. It felt like four holidays rolled into one -Banff, Rocky Mountaineer Goldleaf, Vancouver and the Alaskan cruise on Celebrity Solstice. We were able to pack so much in while also having a relaxing holiday. An amazing experience. Thank you Justine and Stewart Travel for making it so easy for us.

Give a zero I would! Took my money when the holiday was sold, the. Tried to offer me the same holiday at increased price! very poor communication and customer service afterwards, will never use them again

I went into Stewart Travel not knowing where I wanted to go. I spoke with Jo
who advised us about places to go and she was very knowledgeable about the places that she advised us about and we ended up booking a holiday. We are home now and the hotel and area where great and the places Jo advised us to visit we’re excellent,

Booked a holiday to Canada and Alaska using the Helensburgh office. All staff were friendly, professional and answered all my questions promptly. They were fantastic with rearranging the trip for me due to personal reasons and Kat was fantastic dealing with last minute questions. I have already booked through them again for next year. Would definitely recommend using Linda and her team.

9Excellent experience from start to finish! Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient service. No waiting for documentation, and any queries were addressed before asked! A useful travel pack arrived a week or so before our departure, containing everything we needed for our trip, right down to baggage labels! I would highly recommend this company, and hope to use them in the future.

The independence of Stewart Travel means great value for the customer

Booked Mauritius in August 2025 through the Kilmarnock branch to depart May 2026. Our flights were booked via Dubai. Thankfully in April without any issue the staff in Stewart travel did not hesitate in offering us the option to choose between delaying our departure, a full refund or a change of location due to the troubles in the middle east. We opted to change the location to Rodney Bay in St Lucia which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you to all the staff in the Kilmarnock branch for your help. We would not hesitate to book through you for future holidays.

Wonderful experience. Absolutely impressed! We booked a cruise with Stewart travel, hotels and flights. They booked our seats on the plane, checked us in, and printed and posted all the vouchers and tickets which arrived before we even started packing. To us, it was a fantastic surprise, made our preparation to go on holiday a lot less stressful and is one more reason to book with Stewart travel again.
Our travel agent was Demi Miller and she was always available and very helpful.

We booked a princess cruise with Ethan in Belfast office. Our deal included private transfers throughout - what a luxury! All our documents were printed off in full colour for us and we picked them up in store in a handy wallet. Ethan went that extra mile for us by swapping out flights n was so helpful. I would highly recommend Stewart Travel.

Stewart Travel Prestwick arranged my Holiday to Malta.

We can't thank Jade, Elaine and the rest of the team at Stewart Travel in Troon for the effort and work they put in trying to rearrange flights to Japan for us, due to the cancellation of our original flights as a result of the situation in the Middle East to all. Horrible place to work, manager was not people friendly, very cliquey and hard to make friends. Only interested in marketing to old folk and no interest in families or younger groups.
Would think twice if you are looking at working for them, actually would highly recommend Barrhead Travel instead, completely different vibe it's no wonder they do better as a business.

Today I enquired about a Fred Olsen Norwegian Cruise. I dealt with Natalie Felletti, who I can only describe as excellent. She emailed me the quote nd then we had numerous telephone calls. Throughout, Natalie was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. Her sense of humour was excellent, and she is a credit to Stewart Travel. Thank you so much, Natalie, for all your help and laughs!! It goes without saying that we booked the holiday!

The advice and knowledge of the hotel location and rating given to us by Rhona Pender at stewart travel was excellent. Just like Rhone her knowledge,customer service is second to none.

After our holiday to India via Dubai was cancelled by Stewart Travel due to the current situation in the Middle East and the UK government advice about travel their we received a full refund within 4 days which pleasantly surprised me as when we had numerous holidays cancelled due to COVID with a different company it was taking anything up to 12 weeks to receive a refund.
Well done Stewart Travel.
