Stitchexpress レビュー

This used to be a business I trusted - the ladies who ran it were brilliant, but now they seem to have been replaced by someone who just passes on jobs elsewhere. I took some garments for repair and the job was not what I’d requested and very poor quality. Not really happy with the suggestion of ‘leaving a note’ to request the job be done properly so took my business elsewhere. What a shame!

I have reviewed this company previously, but I strongly feel that I have the need to sing their praises once again. I have had several unusual and complex requests for various alterations that I have needed to be carried out by a professional tailor to a very high standard and once again they have not disappointed me. I used to live in Chippenham but 7 years ago I relocated to Dorset, it is now a 60 mile drive but the professional high standard is well worth the drive. A first class professional service and the owner is very friendly and welcoming and it is a real pleasure to be able to discuss my specific requirements.

Had a very unpleasant encounter with this company in Livingston West Lothian.
Very rude and unpleasant staff when asked a simple question about an item.
Awful woman!

Very unhappy with this company in Chippenham that take your clothes and do not fix what has been asked to do so, no problem to them as items have been paid for.

Very unhappy what happens to clients, a bad experience 😰
