Hi Ian apologies for the delivery taking longer than normal. During the lead up to Christmas with large parcels and a rural destination Australia Post have indicated some slower than normal delivery times. I will also lodge an enquiry with them to see if we can get some more information for you. Regards Darren

Hi Mark thanks for your feedback. I am happy to always receive feedback as it allows us to identify areas where we can improve however I am a little confused by your comments.
In terms of 'Delivery Times Pathetic' - You ordered on a Saturday 29/10 and the product was dispatched via Australia Post on the Monday 31/10 (the first available day any courier collects) - Australia Post is regarded as the most reliable and fast delivery network in Australia however I cannot control their delivery times. You did have the option to choose Express Post and have it delivered next day. If there was an urgency to receive this product this option would have been most suitable. You would also need to factor in that larger parcels often do take a little longer.

In terms of 'Poor Communication and Sarcastic comments' - I have included a copy of the communication between yourself and my online staff.

I don't think I need to say anymore.
