Avoid at all cost.

Questionable "5-stars" on Google search and elsewhere. Taobao / Temu quality and horrible customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they source from Temu and resell them. Key component was missing and they never resolved it. I end up buying the part from Amazon. This is a shop targeting expats in Hong Kong who don't know how to shop on Taobao.

Horrible sales and customer service. Bought a floor lamp, it was delivered with a defect on the lamp shade - called the shop within 5 minutes of the delivery, even offered to show them a picture of the defect but the shop sales told us it’s not there responsibility as it has been delivered already and they will not do anything about it. Now we are stuck with a hkd2500 lamp with a crease. Never buy from this shop. The sales and owners are absolutely irresponsible and have a very bad attitude.

I had a very good experience with this company overall. I visited their showroom to look at the furniture and they were friendly and helpful and helped me order. It is true that their delivery schedule process is quite strict and once you commit to a date it seems a bit hard to change.. you may go to the back of the queue. But they were happy to work around my unavailabilities. On the day of delivery the staff called me before to let me know the time, and were friendly and efficient. They easily dealt with some strange rules in my building about deliveries.. no complaining or arguing. The lead guy spoke enough English to communicate well with me. The furniture is great.. so overall a fine experience.

They source the cheapest products on Taobao and resell them. We purchased 4 Jacobsen-inspired dining chairs in March 2023. One of them fell apart less than 3 weeks after purchasing, and now we lost the other one: the seat just went on its own journey from the legs and the other two chairs are shaking suspiciously. Considering every member of our family is below 80 kg and not performing any other activities other than sitting, the longevity of the product is questionable.

Picked up a set of industrial pendant lights for a reno job. Packaging was secure, arrived intact. The finish on the lights looks way pricier than what I actually paid. Hard to find value like this in HK lighting shops.

Honestly a nightmare finding furniture that fits into typical HK flats, but this solid oak bed fits my room in Kennedy Town perfectly. No creaking sound at all which is a miracle. The delivery team was solid, even helped me lug it up the stairs.

Bought the Florence Knoll sofa and it totally changed the vibe of my living room. It's actually supportive to sit on, not just soft, and looks super high-end. Exactly the aesthetic I was going for.

Honestly obsessed with my Brentwood lounge chair. The solid oak frame feels totally sturdy, and the fabric is just soft enough to sink into. It's officially my new go-to reading spot.

My windsor bed showed up super fast. Assembly went smoothly with two of us working on it, and I'm really happy with how fresh the design makes my room look.

The storage on my Camillo bed is super practical for my small apartment. It feels solid and well-made - though I do wish the headboard was a tiny bit taller.

My new Windsor bed is super sturdy! The solid oak finish has such a beautiful grain that makes it look way more expensive than it was - it gives the whole room a nice lift.

I ordered items in late September as I wanted a memento of my time in Hong Kong, with the intent of adding these to my overseas shipping container. Unfortunately, the items took almost a month to arrive and missed the shipment. I arranged for collection anyway at my own expense as I was told I would be charged holding fees on the website.

After trying to give away or sell the items I then contacted Stockroom to return them (all new still in box). Only to be told they don't take returns (counter to their vague returns policy). The after purchase customer service has been awful, with dismissive bordering on rude staff.

Despite its reputation I regret ever buying from this company and am disappointed by the whole experience at an already very stressful time.

I recently purchased a sofa from Stockroom and was initially impressed by the attentive service during my visit to their showroom. Unfortunately, that positive experience seemed to end once payment was made.

Despite informing them well in advance of my limited availability due to work and travel commitments, I received no updates until just days before my preferred delivery date—only to be told it wasn’t possible. This left me scrambling to arrange for a friend to open my flat and receive the delivery in my absence.

While the sofa looked promising at first, I was disappointed to discover that after just two days of very light use, the stitching on the ottoman began to unravel. I reached out to Stockroom expecting a straightforward resolution, but was told that since the issue wasn’t identified at the time of delivery, they wouldn’t address it. Following that, my calls and emails were ignored entirely.

Overall, the quality of both the product and the post-sale service fell short of expectations. I’m left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to Stockroom for future purchases.

I had purchased 8 items all wood from this store. After 1 month in a temperature and humidity controlled environment I had 3 deep cracks appearing on the dinning table that was meant to be solid oak. I was told to fix it myself when I asked if the wood was dry when it was sealed. Poor workmanship and customer service.

This online store seems to have everything! This website is convenient and simple to navigate. My whole family keeps shopping here because we've had such good experience.
