Simply the worst customer care experience in my entire 30+ years life.
Ordered furniture, paid in full.
I received an email that it will take around 10 to 14 working days to manufacture and I should expect next delivery email.
After two months no email.
I wrote an email asking what is going on - no reply.
Wrote another one one week later - zero response.
Another one after a few days - zero response.
Then received an email that the product will be delivered in one week (3 months after purchase date). I was so happy. However, ONE (1) day before delivery I received an email saying that the furniture is out of stock.......
Total joke
I opened a dispute via PayPal and in few days had all my money back due to PayPal ruling on my side.
Bought an ikea furniture, had it delivered 3 days later. I just wasted 3 months of my life dealing with Stockroom.
