Ich habe für einen Kunden bedruckte Flakons und Zubehör bestellt. In der Rechnung würden dann plötzlich bedruckte und unbedruckte Flakons aufgeführt. BEVOR wir überwiesen haben, haben wir 2x nachgefragt, ob das nun richtig ist, weil wir nur die bedruckten Flakons wollen. Man hat uns 2x versichert, dass es nur die bedruckten sind. Wir haben bezahlt... Mein Kunde hat bedruckte und unbedruckte Flakons bekommen. Wir haben uns 4x per Mail beschwert und bekommen keine Antwort mehr.

They delivered bottles that were dirty, scratched and where the screen printing quality was very bad. They also delivered pumps that were dirty and had not cut the tube to the right length. We had to clean everything, cut the tubes and even label the bottles to hide the scratches and low quality printing. This led to both delays and higher costs. They never accepted responsibility and said that based on the price we should not except good quality packaging materials (even if they claim on their website to have very high quality, premium products).

HORRIBLE company. They do not care about their customers. This is now the 2nd time I have received ALL broken jars, missing packages. They refuse to file a claim with Fed Ex so that I do not have to pay the duties and taxes for product I cannot use. They say the refund is processing but I have had to open a dispute with my CC company. I truly wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing from Stocksmetic. Shame on you for treating people with such disrespect and you are basically stealing money.

I have purchased from this company in December 2025, but the caps didn't match the sprayers as they were screw caps, not suitable for a spray neck.
I notified the company, purchased the matching sprayers and asked for a return and refund.
First I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay for the postage by myself.
Since any EU online seller has to accept withdrawals within 14 days the restocking fee is unlawful and I told them so, but sent the item back at my cost.
My tracking proves the item has been delivered back 5 weeks ago, but I still have not received my refund of about 105 €.
I have emailed several times but they have nothing but multiple excuses.
I am going to escalate the case with PayPal now, as this is absolutely unacceptable.

Ich habe am 13.11.2025 für über 1000 Euro bestellt und bis heute wurde die Bestellung nicht verschickt.
Ich wurde komplett über den Tisch gezogen.

Ich bekomme eine Versandnummer, die zu nichts führt.
Es steht nach wie vor, dass die Bestellung das Lager nicht verlassen hat.

Telefonisch ist die Firma nicht erreichbar und auch auf meine E Mails kommt keine Antwort.

Échantillons reçus de manière incomplète et on vrac sans aucune identification.
Pour l'envoi des pièces manquantes, je demande pour profiter d'ajouter 3 échantillons pour uniquement ne pas devoir payer 53€ de frais de livraison de nouveau et ils refusent. Vraiment dommage

I ordered on August 7th.
I have rang several times. It says 3-5 days deliver
It is now August 27th…
Still no sign.

Apparently it’s because the droppers have to be assembled I was told in-house.

I have since found out from a friend in Italy. They outsource this.

It says 3-5 days delivery on the website ??? 20 days and STILL WAITING?

MY ORDER IS SMALL.

This is not a good way to run a packaging business.

Cela fait 7 mois que nous collaborions avec cette entreprise, soi-disant sérieuse. Fin mars, nous passons une commande de bouteilles Dorica pour un montant de 6 500 €. La livraison était censée se faire dans les temps… mais au moment de réceptionner la marchandise, surprise : on nous informe que notre palette a été "volée en interne". Oui, vous avez bien lu.
Ensuite ? On nous dit que la référence est en rupture de stock partout, alors qu'elle est bien disponible dans d'autres concessions à l'étranger (espagne et Italie). Puis, ils se trompent de référence. Puis, ils cherchent une solution… mais ne trouvent rien.
Pendant ce temps, notre entreprise, fraîchement créée, attend de pouvoir ouvrir depuis mai. Sans bouteilles, pas d'activité. Et devinez quoi ? Plus personne ne répond au téléphone.
Alors, je m'interroge : cette "grosse société", est-elle vraiment aussi sérieuse qu’elle le prétend ? Vol interne, silence radio, aucune solution concrète, mais l’argent, lui, a bien été encaissé.
La confiance est une chose précieuse. Elle ne se vole pas, elle se mérite.

La peggior esperienza in 20 anni di terzismo e produzione. Primo ordine errato il colore. Secondo ordine...mai arrivato dopo mesi in attesa. Colpa dello spedizioniere, pallet mandati in paesi stranieri, consegne sicure per il giorno dopo ma senza specificare in quale anno. L'azienda non risponde e non richiama. Cose mai viste in 20 anni!

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Tried to get refund, and denied, eventually they said they would accept refund, however i had to pay for shipping.

after this i sent the packaged (£95 shipping costed me)

to get an email from courier saying the company have not accepted parcel so it will be sent back.

So i have not only lost £500 in purchasing this, i have also lost £95 shipping fee.

Their products are way over priced and not great quality.

I have now decided to take this further and raise a dispute to a higher authority.

Do not buy from them absolute discrace!!!

Costi di spedizione esagerati, da valutare in funzione della cifra raggiunta dal cliente.
Spesso i coperchi oro lucido arrivano già molto rovinati.

Unfortunately I have to confirm the bad reviews here. Paid for the goods, didn't receive any and despite repeated requests received no feedback.

Produits de qualité, service client très réactif et à l'écoute, livraison rapide. cela fait deux ans que nous sommes clients et nous sommes satisfaits. seul bémol c'est l'absence de factures sur le compte client, on est obligés de les demander par mail après chaque livraison.

Good variety of products but a bit expensive and several times I had to wait quite a lot for them to reestock.

Da qualche anno che nn acquistavo da stocksmetic e devo dire che ad oggi il servizio è migliorato. Ottimo il fatto che se un cliente ordina tot vasetti arrivano tot tappi o accessori. Ottimo il fatto che la merce arrivi in pochi giorni anche perchè non avrebbe senso i sito del genere. Ottima la scelta dei contenitori anche se migliorabile, qualche articolo su vasi in plastica o vetro a mio avviso manca, a volte sono tutti troppo uguali, immagino per ottimizzare tappi e accessori.

Consiglio vivamente all'azienda di trovare un modo dove i clienti possano avere una campionatura gratuita sopratutto al fronte di ordini a mio avviso cospicui.

AWAY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME deliver a large order to the wrong address and do not take responsibility, waste of time and money, they do not wish to ship to the address indicated on my original order nor making a refund is theft. The only thing they know how to do is respond that it is the carrier who is responsible.
