Excellent range of sofas to choose from and knowledgeable input and support from Sandra in sales to help us select the best units for us.

Great store and shopping experience. Always shop here for furniture. Customer service is excellent and staff are always so responsive to any query via phone or in person. Tracey Corns from the Ormskirk store as always was excellent. Thank you for all communications and updates on my order and your excellent customer service.

Tracy from the Ormskirk store was very knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor, she was brilliant to deal with.

We where looking for a unit for our dining room. As we had previously bought from Stoker's Ormskirk store; we had no hesitation in returning. Once again we found a great range to suit our needs. Tracy was on hand to give us some advice and recommendations. Quality at a
good price and once again the staff and service was first class and would always recommend to family and friends.

Exceptional service from Tracy who guided us through fabric samples and aftercare throughly, showing a full knowledge of the product we were buying.A definite outstanding employee in the store she provided a level of service and friendliness sadly missing in most stores these days. We would highly recommend Stokers. We have used your service before The Ormskirk shop is set out really nice with a good variety of furniture on display.

We were seen by Tracey who was really helpful. She shown us different choices we had and was really nice to deal with showing how equipment worked etc We never felt pressured and was left to have time to discuss our choice.

Tracey placed the order and gave us information on how to look after the furniture and gave us a rough idea of delivery time but followed through a couple of days later via email with a more up to date estimated time.

We went to Stoker's store in Ormskirk to look for a new sofa and chair.We were very impressed by the store ,it was easy to look around and well stocked and presented.The staff allowed us to browse without any pressure .We made our choice and were served by Tracey Corns .Tracey was so friendly and helpful ,answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information about caring for our new leather sofa and chair.We were really pleased with her knowledge and approachable manner .The atmosphere was very relaxed and stressfree.We would recommend Stoker's to anyone .Thank you Tracey for all your help

Visited the Ormskirk branch where we met Tracy . We found her to be an excellent salesperson. There was no pressure to buy but when we wanred advice she was very helpful and informative.
We made a 2nd visit on the 23rd of April and again found Tracy to be very professional and helpful. It was on this 2nd visit that we decided to make a purchase.

I recently ordered two sofas from stokers in Ormskirk, I was able to browse leisurely and then was helped with my purchase by Tracy from sales. Tracy was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through my purchase explaining everything regarding the after care of my sofas. I am looking forward to taking delivery.

Called in at the Ormskirk branch today to order a sofa for my sister, had a lovely mooch round there was loads of cute accessories love that the staff leave you alone to browse but are there if you need help Sandra was especially helpful and a lovely lady
