We have been visiting Stokers in Chester for many years, we have bought chairs and beds. Over the last couple of years we have been searching for the perfect corner sofa. We have become recognisable to Mark (Cain) as we have sat on many options, asked for pricing etc. Today was the day that we finally made a choice and Mark took us through the pricing, sizing and order process. Thank you Mark for your patience, not just today but over the years.

Great experience in the store, was left to explore different Sofas's until we found the one. Scott Dupree spoke through the options and fully sold me on the sofa when showing me how to bring the lounger cushions back to life. Scott gave me the confidence that this sofa was right for us and then gave a smooth selling process when taking details etc. Thanks again!

We have purchased beds before, at Stokers, and are still pleased with the result, years later. But what made yesterday's experience very satisfying indeed was the attentiveness of Mr Scott Dupree. We were able to take our time making our minds up, and it was a decision long delayed by having to have so much done to the living room before we could even begin this process. In fact we had been at the store last Autumn and had various ideas about the sofa we needed.
Somehow Mr Dupree made this so much easier, with detailed information and patient advice in every area of purchasing:- the right design, supportiveness, size and other capabilities available in the various types we tested, for example the right type of motorised support extensions for our feet, which we were now having to request.
We found the whole process so much easier with wise advice about our choices. We left quite elated completing our purchase at last, with the reassuring skills of Mr Dupree. Thank you so much! We can recommend him to anyone who asks! Mike Williams

We went into Stokers in Chester an hour before closing on a Saturday looking for dining furniture. They had loads of different options including what we already thought we wanted. Every member of staff we met was very helpful and polite. No pressure selling, in fact quite the reverse. Our sales assistant Scott Dupree was superb. Very patient as we measured for sizes and looked at fabrics. In the end the pricing was so good and we were so confident in the service we bought all that we wanted even though we hadn’t planned to do so. It was just so good an experience. Buying from people you trust and who give you their best prices straight up from the start.

Visited the Ormskirk store today with my elderly mum today and was greeted by Tracey. She was very helpful and patient with my mum .Tracey was very informative and helped with finding a really comfortable couch for my mum .

We visited your Chester store about two weeks ago and we had a lovely chat with Mark Cain , who was very helpful and knowledgeable and not in any way pushy ! He kindly helped us firstly with the type of sofas we were looking for and then showed us a lot of fabric choices ( about which he was also very knowledgeable) He then ordered several for us and yesterday we again met up with Mark at your lovely Chester store and we ordered our new furniture ! Again Mark was extremely helpful , bright and courteous . He is a real asset to your store ! We are very much looking forward to our sofa delivery in a few months and are already planning our next visit for bar stools and dining chairs ! Huge THANKYOU again to Mark Cain .
