When you are expecting a delivery it’s nice to know what time it’s going to arrive.Had a message in the morning with a 2hr time slot.As my delivery got closer I could track the driver to see how far away they were and got a better delivery time.Then I had a message next stop and 10min away.Driver was super friendly and delivered it to the door..Absolutely first class service👍👍

Arrived in time slot . Driver parked safely on the main road. Driver carried the heavy items inside and took time to allow me to check the contents. He also gave me detail of their schedule run in case I had to return any items . Very friendly , helpful and polite

Great service provided from north of England to south coast port- delivery to receiving depot made on time and as scheduled. All the necessary paperwork was preprepared so no delays in handover . Driver provided photos so we could see item packed securely for onward transportation by boat. There is no hesitation in recommending this company

I received E mails about my delivery, I was given a time slot for delivery. The delivery arrived within the time, the driver was very excellent put the package where I wanted it.

We experienced a very smooth, speedy delivery. The driver was very polite and helpful and unlike any other delivery he was happy to help rather than speeding off to their next drop. Thanks again and we hope to have you guys allocated to our drops in future.

Great item! Quick delivery what made it more outstanding the delivery. The lovely gentleman was polite and offered to move the heavy parcel to another spot in my house. As he noted I had young children- even when leaving he took the time to say bye and giving the children high five’s. The very small gesture of taking his time to acknowledge the children. He went above his job role. I hope he awarded acknowledgment for being great

Excellent polite respectful delivery service thank you

We’ve had a large number of deliveries for our new project and our experience with Stop Start have been by far the best. Once we had the link to track our order, we were given a two jour time slot and when checking we knew how many deliveries were in front of us. Once our delivery was due we had a text to say the guys were in the area, and they turned up within minutes of that text. The delivery guys were very courteous & friendly.
