Stop Start are great at communicating which helps give confidence in them. Our delivery man, Lee G was very polite and friendly; he kindly asked where the delivery was to go and he was respectful when making the drop off. I can highly recommend Stop Start delivery service.

On time with a very friendly Driver

great service from ordering to being delivered ,great driver carried it all in was friendly and told me check everything as i only had 7 days to report faults if any ,there were none

Prompt,pleasant driver,parked courteously up a tight cul-de-sac,packages handled carefully and no trouble putting them where requested,highley recommended.

All couriers should operate like this! Delivery time sent on the day before and they arrived exactly on time. Two very friendly individuals who carefully delivered my items into the house in perfect undamaged condition. Puts other courier companies to shame

The driver was brilliant! He sent me several messages letting me know what time he would arrive and kept me up to date so I didn't have to sit around waiting. When he arrived he didn't leave the item at the kerbside as is normal for other companies, he helped me carry it in. I wouldn't have managed on my own and too heavy for my wife. Above and beyond other deliveries we have had.

Communication was excellent by the customer service team who ensured they arranged delivery and collection on the same day, even though there were delays in the system (Plumbworld did not have the item in stock immediately). The driver was great, very friendly and helpful, checking the correct items were being delivered. Excellent service, especially by Lucy and Sarah in the office.

Delivery was well advised throughout the whole route with several updates about time. Driver Gheorge N was helpful with delivery which was heavy. This is the second delivery I have received from this company and both have been done with perfection.

The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. I was kept well informed when my delivery was to take place and introduced to the driver’s name in advance so I knew who to expect. I even got a message 5 minutes before arrival. A seamless quality service . ThankYou.

I really can't fault the experience that I had with my sink delivery from Plumbworld. The Start-Stop driver, Chris H was helpful and courteous and the customer service agent sorted out my problem when I realised that I would not be home for the delivery. Highly recommended!

Driver on time, friendly and helped me take heavy product indoors.

Tracking system is the most accurate one I've ever seen.
Driver was on time if not early. The vehicle was clean tidy and not overloaded, all the vans content was separate and secured properly. The driver was courteous, friendly and even though he was at work, had time for a bit of crack. He took time unloading and asked where we were going to leave this fragile delivery. Can't fault Stop Start. Pitty some other delivery services aren't as professional.
