Weve had such a brilliant experience, helped massively by Jordan. He was so friendly, helpful and helped us with all questions we had and made everything so simple.

Would definitely recommend to others
The unit is a great size, easy to get to and had no issues getting in and out to unload and move items around.
Everyone we bumped into was friendly and offered help too

Excellent service and facilities
Manger Lee is a first class and professional manager who makes customers very welcome and who goes out of his way to make using Storage King the number one place in Nottingham for all Self Storage needs.

Great staff, great facilities, great location.

I've used storage king before , very helpful with what storage I might need after telling them what I had to put in storage.. asked if needed a lock or you can take your own. Was shown round on arrival,how to get in and out the building and just in case there was a fire we were shown where to locate .
We can access our unit at storage king without asking with our code that we were given... , on the hours of opening that they give you , not open on a Sunday ...

The loading bays are too narrow for manouvering the stacking trucks

We have used Storage king numerous times with little issues. There are numerous sizes of units to chose from and the online offer for one month for £1 beats any other storage company. Access is not 24hrs but until 9pm which is late enough especially in winter months. I would definitely recommend Storage King for storing your belongings.

Easy to arrange booking and flexibility of dates. Staff very professional yet friendly and understanding. Bit of confusion on day of move as not informed of contract procedure prior to this. However it was all sorted on the phone with id sent remotely and completed within 10 minutes.

Excellent experience. Jack who served us was really personable and knowledgeable. We needed to store camping equipment for a couple of months and he showed us units he thought might suit us best. Both were great and the price/ offer was good!

The facility was the best of the few we had looked at, layout and access wise, but the service sealed the deal! Thank you.

Very professional in the way they dealt with me

Excellent customer service. So helpful and informative.
They explain the process clearly however they didn't inform us there would be an insurance fee 😏 sadly. Otherwise would recommend.
