Very pleased with the fitted study, which is to the high quality I expected. Only one very minor complaint was the length of time taken to complete the order, and that Strachan did not inform me when the installation date slipped. However, it was worth the wait.

Excellent design service which added a lot to our original ideas. Faultless service end to end - helpful with installation dates, really good fitter who was super tidy and cleaned up, build quality is really good, after care check in was very thoughtful. Have used Strachan several times now and have always been really pleased with the job.

Strachan recently designed and fitted my dressing room furniture. The quality of the furniture is very good, customer service is excellent, friendly and thorough. The expertise of the fitter Adam was second to none. He worked extremely hard, was very conscientious, forward thinking and always cleaned and tidied up. The product is expensive but the total experience makes the cost worthwhile. I love using my Strachan furniture.

I had a wall bed installed with two wardrobes either side for a spare bedroom. I was apprehensive in purchasing a bed that I had never seen or tested but I relied on the reviews which were really good. I couldn’t be more pleased. The wall bed is super easy to lift up and put down. It’s not heavy and really quick to do. The mattress has had good reviews from my friends who have slept on it. Whilst expensive the quality finish and build of the wardrobes and bed are definitely worth it. You get what you pay for! The fitters are lovey people and perfectionists. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Whilst quite expensive, I have been very pleased with every stage of the process from choice of product, ordering, amendment, attention to personal preferences of detail, professional conduct and time keeping. Excellent delivery respecting my home with floor covers, careful precision in construction and regular cleaning and tidying of the room. Absolutely love the completed full wall to ceiling bookcase.

we had fitted wardrobes installed in the spare room and bookcases fitted in the study in 2011, we were really pleased with the product and the team of fitters were fabulous throughout the installation
However in the last few months the wardrobe doors all started to go baggy with the laminate pulling away from the wood, this is something we didn't expect,
After researching online, it seems there may have been an issue nationally with the glue during manufacturing 11/ 12 years ago
on contacting Strachan they told me the doors were out of warranty so i would need to pay to have them replaced, the team provided an acceptable quote and have been extremely helpful and understanding throughout, and the fitters did an excellent job of fitting the new doors. we are very pleased with the outcome and recommend the company

Couldn’t be more thrilled with our wardrobes, and the process was excellent - friendly, professional, transparent. At the design visit there was no hard sell or attempt to steer us into a package to suit Strachan - our wishes were properly heard. The wardrobes are excellent quality - robust, stylish and well fitted, and very well fitted. Communication throughout the process was excellent. This is a small company very committed to serving its customers with a really excellent product. 100% would recommend.

Great customer service from start to finish. I was having some rooms re-modelled and the team were great at working with me and my builder. They thought of the small details such as the skirting board matching the finish and small details on the design that make all the difference. The team proactively gave me updates on progress and everyone has been polite and great to deal with. I am very pleased with the finish, it is good quality that will last a long time which is exactly what I wanted

Absolutely brilliant service. Shaun was very respectful of my home and pets and worked hard all day. I am really pleased with the bookshelves and can't wait to get the next wall fitted.

This is the second bedroom in 3 years fitted out by Strachan and I wouldn’t use any other company.
The furniture quality is outstanding and the fitter Johnathan is extremely talented, experienced and an eye for detail, certainly takes great pride in his work.

After many years my old wardrobe needed replacing. On recommendation, I chose Strachan Furniture Makers. I am so glad I did. The process of choosing styles, wood type and size was made so easy by various very helpful professionals. I was kept informed of the progress of the manufacturing process and the dates of installation regularly. All the people I was involved with from surveyors to fitters were kind, helpful and caring.

Strachan’s service from first contact to final completion of work was superb. We received professional advice of the highest calibre which enabled us to agree a plan for installing furniture in most rooms of our new Apartment which met our aspirations and needs. Strachan’s fitter was dedicated and highly skilled. The installation was carried out with minimum disruption and every care was taken. The final bespoke installations in five rooms
have been finished to a high standard and look fantastic. Strachan’s project management team were equally impressive and supportive. Well done all at Strachan, we shall be recommending your Company to all.
