My car was due in for a service. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The showroom was very clean and tidy. Although when asked which contact I wanted to be contacted on, they contacted my carer instead of contacting myself, but luckily this was not a problem.

My experience in becoming a proud car owner at Stratstone was nothing but excellent. Paul Redshow made the whole car ownership process easy, smooth and flawless. With all Paul's efforts, it took less than a week for my car to be delivered (this also plausible, as delivery to London coincided with National Rail Strike Action). The team is outstandibly professional, customer focused and caring. Their knowledge and communication skills are commendable. I am really grateful for all of your support in the process.

Good customer service but charges felt bit high.

Car was serviced by Stratstone for it's two year oil change veichle check and a recall all done correctly.
But the car was flagged three months before the two years was up.
I was given reasons for this but sounded odd but handed over £330 and they where happy to hand me keys back. But it is done nearly three months early and i have only done 5,500miles from new.

Brilliant service, i asked for an automatic courtesy car at last minute they gave me a lovely X1. My car was more that vacuumed, it had had a mini valet. Staff are polite and friendly.

Great staff and service. Always made to feel welcome and a valued customer.

Efficient initial receiving of car. Phone video recording of inspection received. No unexpected outcomes and phone call received when car ready for collection within expected timeframe. Service receptionist helpful and knowledgeable.. I will continue to use Stratstone for servicing of my BMW and a used Mini that I expect to buy shortly.

Clearly a dealer adding value to buying a car. Great salesman (Ian Green) not selling a car, but allowing you to find yourself the right car for your wishes. Very patient and knowledgeable. No question is too much. Good price, especially considering the service and warranties (which traders and private sellers don't give). Great service and clear focus on customer satisfaction.

I spent £34,000 on a used car and overall the service was excellent. I am a little disappointed at the amount of petrol put in a car of this value, and the car had two stone chips that needed to be corrected, one has been superbly but the other is poor. The salesman was excellent.

No problems. everything was as i have come to expect from Stratstone

I have had some pretty shocking experiences over the years with different dealers. Some have been ok some poor. However, Stratstone staff and Dealership have been lovely.
Friendly attentive and always happy to help, they are my preferred dealership for my car

The Service person at Stratstone was very efficient and knowledgeable. Alison made the whole experience very enjoyable and the vehicle was as usual well cared for. The only issue was that I had 4 new tyres fitted but the resetting of tyre pressure procedure was not completed and the tyre pressures were erratic i.e. front 25 and 26 / rear 30 and 26.

A lost BMW key requires a very expensive replacement
and can be quite traumatic.
Alison James on the service desk managed the
situation and took the sting out of the cost and trauma.
Alison should be in stress management.

Fantastic service experience with BMW Stratstone Hull Branch. Kirsty at BMW Mini service desk was very professional with excellent advice and efficiency.
Simply put, She couldn't have made the experience more easy. Great Job.

Bash from BMW Stratstone looked after me from the start to the end!
Told me everything I needed to know, nothing exaggerated. Traveled from London to Hull, saw the car with my own eyes - i fell in love.

Bash and Luke were kind enough to pick me up from the station, sadly I arrived late and couldn't take my new car with me, Bash was kind enough to drop me to my hotel in hull and give me a brief tour guide about Hull Haha!

Next morning, Jack organised a pick up, kindly Money went through, bash requested Jack to sign me off and give me the keys to my pride and joy.

The vehicle looked outstanding, saw 1 or 2 dents - Bash sorted it out the next morning - free of charge.
