Cardy is the man! He and his team know exactly what they are doing. They always deliver their best work in helping us with any issue we have. Not to mention, they will go beyond what they normally do to offer you custom features if that's within their ability. Overall, very pleased to experience working with this company. I would recommend them to people who need help with auto pricing.

Having used Streetpricer to manage our eBay listings for over a year now we have just realised that when eBay relists fixed price listings as it does automatically each month the floor and ceiling prices do not get added back to the relised product so unless you are updating your listings with floor and ceiling prices every day Streetpricer is basically a complete waste of time and money. Don't bother raising the issue with them because when you ask Cardy why the app doesn't work properly he just refuses to deal with you. Avoid at all costs. Total garbage.

We have used Streetpricer since 2019 to review our prices automatically. The algorithm works and if there are any issues, there is always someone to talk to.

It is very easy to use and have lots of rules to adjust your parameters. Price is very reasonable.

Cardy was not helpful at all and became fustrated with questions, never had anything like it and shocked he is in business. Will be raising this through other channels as I am utterly shocked.

I've been using Streetpricer for more than 5 or 6 years and its great product that allow my products to autoprice using Floor and Ceiling prices. It allows me to spend more time on other areas of my business. Cardy and his team are always attentive to any support issue we get from time to time.

1. They are able to reprice all of our products across the 3 most commonly bought sites - Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Specifically, we have been looking for a repricer for eBay and this one hits every single check box.

NO SUPPORT WHEN NEEDED!

I'm locked out of my account and its been two weeks now that they are not replying to my urgent messages for support.

When they have control of your price and you cant get access and need to make an adjustment, what will YOU do then?

We had looked for a good repricing software for eBay for quite a while and came up empty-handed. There are many good repricers for Amazon but none had an ebay option. A little over 9 months ago we switched because of the eBay capability and I have to say we've noticed we also get the Buy Box on Amazon more.

Customer service has been stellar; I've had a few problems to toggle for more complex repricing needs and Cardy from Streetpricer has been super helpful to explain how the software works and come up with a solution.

Great product and great service. You will be hard pressed to find a better value in the Amazon SAS space. Cardy the owner even walked me through onboarding personally.

Software is full of glitches/bugs - basic fields such as inventory count does not work. Would not recommend.

A great service with excellent customer support. I've been using StreetPricer for a couple of years to automate repricing for the items at my store. Initially I used the feature to price based on my competitors' eBay stores, but more recently I'd been using velocity pricing since it's effective and requires less work.
