The repricer is acceptable. The interface it ok. But if you want to cancel they come up with something that you have to cancel 14 days before the end cycle or they will charge another month. Didn't mention this even when I clicked on the cancel button. Was paying $198, went to 2 different options for repricing one being just $34 for the same results.

Be careful with the €99 plan — you are not limited to 1,000 SKUs for repricing, but to 1,000 imported SKUs, which changes everything if your catalog exceeds that number but you only want to reprice part of it. So if you have a catalog with 1,001 SKUs, you are immediately forced onto the €230 plan!!!

I therefore requested to cancel the service and, surprise surprise, they still intend to charge me for an additional month that hasn’t even started yet.

My advice: stay away from repricer.com and RepricerExpress, which also belongs to them.

I had a great experience working with Romana from the Repricer support team. She was extremely easy to communicate with, understood the issue very quickly, and provided clear and practical guidance right away.

I spent over three hours trying to get the Cross ASIN repricing feature to work, and it simply doesn’t. The function is advertised, but it’s not functional in practice. On top of that, their automated “we’re here to help” emails go unanswered. If the feature doesn’t work, it shouldn’t be displayed. Disappointing experience.

I trialed Repricer.com and was immediately shocked by the level of access it demanded to my Amazon Seller account. For a service marketed purely as a repricer, it requested permissions that include:

Buyer Communication
Buyer Solicitation
Finance & Accounting
Full Order Tracking
Product Listings
Account Performance & Selling Partner Insights
These areas have nothing to do with repricing — and granting access means giving the software the ability to view, edit, and even share sensitive business data, according to Amazon’s own integration notice.

I provided direct proof of these permissions from my Amazon dashboard, yet my review was flagged as defamatory. I stand by every word. This level of access is, in my view, completely unjustified and raises serious privacy concerns for any seller who values control over their own account and customer data.

I believe this level of access is not only excessive, but it could potentially expose sellers to GDPR compliance risks. If a seller allows access to sensitive customer data (such as buyer communication) through a third party without clearly defined purpose, consent, or data handling safeguards, they could become liable under UK and EU GDPR rules — particularly if that data is shared, processed outside the EEA, or repurposed by the repricing tool.

These are serious concerns for any business handling personal data, and they were stated in my review without speculation or defamatory language. The review was based on facts, supported with proof, and written in a responsible tone.

I chose not to continue with the service and urge other sellers to review what they’re being asked to authorize before proceeding.

This is not a technicality — it’s a matter of transparency and trust.

I've been using Repricer for many years. It allows fine adjustment of rules, not just bidding down. We had a weird issue with a product price that has had me confused for a while. Repricer is a really useful tool and gives good insights and particukarly the different reports you can generate is really interesting when making decisions.
