Terrible customer service and no communication
Today I received a call stating that my sofa is not back in stock and may not be delivered until after Christmas.
This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. I ordered directly through their Granville office as they said that the delivery would be much quicker than online.
I have sold my own sofa to prepare for this delivery and have family coming for Christmas and there is NOWHERE for them to sit. They expect my 72 year old aunt to sit on the floor?? This is crazy. Had Structube told me, I would have cancelled the order.
They have done this to me before and at that time I cancelled the order as it was going to take months.
I am afraid that their business model is unsustainable. Customer service is key today and they are failing miserably.
To rectify this, they should offer:
- a sofa that I can use over Christmas - I don't mind if it is a floor model, but I need something for my family to sit on
- please either reduce the cost of the sofa I ordered or give it to me for free.
No Customer Service and Shipping Takes Forever
I was told that I would be receiving my order by November 27 (2 weeks after placing my order) and it is now November 28 and no sign of my order. I called and they are saying that I may not be getting it before December 7... I then asked to speak with a manager and was told it would take up to 3 days to get someone to call me back. This is not a customer service focused company and please do not buy from them if you are in a rush to get your product... I regret having dealt with them... my friend did warn me that shipping is awful and would take forever...
Wont tell you what country their products are made
I contacted the company because I wanted to buy a chair for my father for Christmas. The chair was a bit of money so I wanted to verify where it was made to see if it was done ethically. I contacted them and they told me that information is not public information. I feel like we should be able to know where it came from. As far as i know they made the chair is a sweat shop.
Missing Holes in Frame
Horrible horrible horrible horrible. Do not buy from this store, I don't understand how they are in business considering all the bad reviews.
I bought the carme bed and not only were the instructions pretty horrible, there were 16 missing holes that I had to drill myself because it seems the manufacturer forgot to do it. I thought maybe I was over looking something but after doing some research I saw some videos and posts mentioning similar issues.
I would definitely never buy from this place again, plus the 7 day return policy is a joke.
Avoid this place, for the price point and quality just go to IKEA .
Stylish and Affordable
I actually had a very good experience at Structube. We just bought a cottage and wanted stylish but affordable furniture. Our salesperson was extremely helpful and guided us through the various options and made lots of great suggestions. We spent over $20,000 and all of our items except two were delivered in 1-2 weeks. A few items arrived damaged, I took photos and submitted them right away and put them back in their packaging. Within a week my new items arrived and all were fine. Structube is similar to IKEA in my opinion so Iâm not expecting these items to last a lifetime. You also get what you pay for within the store. For example, a $299 bed frame is going to be cheaper quality than a $799+ frame. We bought mostly their most expensive items and all have been fine so far. We love the look of everything in our cottage and are happy overall with our experience.

Order a bed. Delivery slot to be issued 24hrs prior. No sign. They arrive and I missed it as I was at the shop. Went through >8 customer service reps, all absolutely useless and uncaring at the fact I was sleeping on the floor.
Cancel order and reorder same bed as it was going to take 3 business days to raise this issue to management who are totally vacant.
Had to follow up multiple times to ensure I knew the delivery timeframe for the 2nd bed (even though they said they would inform me 24hrs prior to delivery day-donât listen to them when they say they inform you 24hrs beforehand as this is BS).
Bed arrives. Massive crack on the headboard-I was in a state of shock after the initial debacle and delay in receipt of my bed.
Rang customer service-zero empathy. Went through more reps to try arrange for the bed to arrive sooner as day 15 I am still on the floor. It took another 6 days for the new bed to come.
Bed arrives and exchanged for a functioning bed.
Never again will I darken the door of this establishment and their idiotic staff/management.

Sept 2023. Actually the rating is 0. I will not shop at Structube again & hope others do not as well. Ordered a sofa bed, which I quite liked. Impossible to assemble despite my having several people try. No help at all from the store or the head office. Policies are very rigid & staff are officious. Made me feel as though it was my inability/problem. Had to pay $50 to have the item delivered into my apartment - So-called âfree deliveryâ.
Thatâs after waiting 7 weeks for delivery. Would not provide any help to assemble - not a service they provide. Returned the item & got a refund. They did waive the restocking fee of $75, which no one had advised me of. Not the $50 delivery. Thank goodness I had kept the box, which sat in my living room for 3 weeks. I had purchased a complimentary chair which came prior to the sofa bed. Would not accept a return because I had already recycled the box.
Never again will I darken their doorstep. Call head office was useless.

May as well be considered a scam. If a product of theirs is on back order, there is literally absolutely no guarantee that it will come. I pre-ordered a couch in July estimated to arrive sometime in SeptemberâOK sure, cool, a few days or weeks variance is fine. Then NovemberâOK, annoying but I guess it's fine. Then early Decemberâred flags going off. Then late December. Their customer service is absolutely sterile too, 0 points.
It's a couch. It doesn't depend on superconductor imports for crying out loud. If you can't stock it, don't sell it.
Will be requesting a refund ASAP.

Nous avons acheté une table de cuisine avec chaise, buffet, meuble tété et table de salon en juin 2023, 6 mois plus tard la table de cuisine a commencé à faire tout plein de spot blanc comme si elle avait été grafignée. Ordered a table same as the one in the show room early August came last week of September. When it came was nothing like the table I thought I was getting I noticed the person who placed the order used the wrong code. So I am told if I have the original box and pay funds I can return it under buyers remorse, there was so much packing I had got rid of it all so I gave up and kept it. Will never purchase anything from Structure again and their client service is terrible.
