Structube Gives Bad Service an Even Worse Name
I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Structube. Ever.
My story? I have a Structube Europa Extendable Dining Table. The table was disassembled for a move. When you turn the table upside down there are eight 1 1/4 inch bolts with a hex head. Unfortunately I lost four of these. Worse, the bolts appear to be proprietary, design specific to the table, meaning I am unable to purchase them at a store. So I contacted Structube and asked them if I could purchase a set of replacement bolts. Structube said no. They do not do sell replacement parts.
So my table is now unusable.
Be careful purchasing from Structube as they do not service what they sell.
I will have to purchase a new table.
Just not from Structube.

Bought a coffee table (Avery Brown) from Structube Signal Hill, Calgary. Within weeks, a small water spill caused significant color damage. Disappointed with the quality and lack of durability. Do Not Buy Structube Products
Structube has zero customer service and places the onus on customers when things go wrong.
A manufacturer damaged sofa was delivered to my home in 2023. A large sectional. There is no option to pay for setup. I tried and was refused. I waited weeks for family to help me setup. Three bags of garbage and several blue boxes later, revealed a damaged sofa.
The replacement sofa was delivered on Friday. Once again, I am left to deal with the garbage and setup. They refused to make me whole. I live alone and am in my mid 50âs.
During the delivery, my entrance furniture and rugs were stacked in a corner, plants were toppled to the floor and broken and a photo frame suffered damage.
When I contacted the store, the Regional Manager told me, in writing, I should be grateful I wasnât charged for the replacement and I failed to properly package up the damaged sofa. None of this had been discussed.
Structube has left a huge mess and damage in my home. For the second time, I await family to assist me before I can determine if I have received an undamaged sofa.

Horrible company & quality
I would avoid purchasing any product from here. Our couch hasnât worked since it arrived. We purchased the Odette sofa bed. However, the sofa bed piece doesnât work. The 2 sectional pieces also donât stay together. Weâve been going back and forth with them jumping through hoops trying to get an exchange. We opened the ticket the day after we got the couch delivered. We have to follow up all the time as theyâre unresponsive. They had us send pictures and videos then donât respond for weeks. Offered us $150 dollars back off a $1400 couch. Seems unreasonable when half the couch doesnât work. We also were only ever asking for an exchange. Then they request more videos but failed to tell us this was needed until we called in. The only time we heard from them was when they tried to call on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Theyâve finally approved the exchange after 3 months and now weâre waiting at least another month for a new couch. To top it all of their agents are not helpful over the phone and unresponsive via email. No one who answers the phone has any authority to actually provide any support. You have to wait 4 days to speak to a manger. Save yourself the headache and buy from a better company. Lastly, when we initially called to order this couch the sales agent tried to sell us on a returned floor model for a discounted price. They clearly have quality control issues.
It gets worse!!!
We finally get the exchange approved and they confirmed the product didn't need to be packaged. After wasting an entire day for the exchange they can't do the exchange because the product isn't wrapped. Despite suggesting the clear solution that they bring in the new product we unwrap and repackage the old product. They now expect us to spend $77 to reschedule the exchange because they failed to communicate properly. On top of that we have to go spend $100 on bubble wrap. Worst company!! They have no customer service or respect for customers. Take your money and run as far as you can!
Donât buy Murol beds
I bought 2 Murol beds which look so nice on the pictures. The end result is not bad and they are quite confortable if you put a good mattress on them BUT to reach this point you have to assemble the bed ! This is where things become complicated and a good reason for a divorce ! I think that the Chinese guy who invented this bed is a true MANIAC !! Donât buy this bed unless you really like very complex puzzles . The building explanations are very badly written , the drawings donât make sens and the overall conception is a complete non sense. Again ! Donât buy this bed !

After waiting for almost a month finally I received the product. At the delivery time they dropped off the wrong item and created a big hassle for me to get the right one to my door!!! During and After assembling them Iâve found out thereâre manufacturing defects with the product⊠I called the store and sent them pictures of the parts that were defective . They asked me to disassemble and bring them back!!!! And I will get new sets. I did that and I brought the new set home and again I noticed so many cheeped areas that made me so made. Iâm very disappointed with the service and the quality of their products.

Horrible customer service
Honestly, refrain from buying from structube. I ordered 4 Houston chairs back in November, and started an exchange in December and you have to jump through hoops to explain why you need an exchange. I have been going back and forth with them since then and only a few days ago did they say it my fault because it wasnât assembled correctly. They closed my ticket without letting me dispute or chat further. End of story, no empathy or kindness at all, now Iâm left with wonky dysfunctional chairs. Avoid structube at all costs. Customer service is lacking, rather go to ikea or Wayfair because they have exceptional customer experience. I tried to leave a review on their product page about the chairs, and after submitting it says that itâs being under review. This just shows that they only publish 5 star reviews on their websites.

Upon the delivery of the BAILEY chairs in November 2023, I immediately noticed an unbearable toxic smell, reminiscent of glue and chemicals. Trusting in the quality and reputation of Structube, I believed the issue would resolve on its own within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the odor persisted, and it became clear that these chairs posed a serious threat to human health.
My attempts to address this issue were met with disappointment when Structube's response, received on January 4, 2024, emphasized their 7-day claim submission policy. This policy, while understandable in certain circumstances, fails to account for situations where the true extent of the problem only becomes apparent after prolonged use.
I had trusted Structube to provide quality furniture that prioritizes customer well-being. However, the toxic smell emanating from these chairs not only undermines my trust but also raises concerns about the safety of Structube's products.
I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and have made substantial purchases from Structube, as evidenced by the extensive list of products I bought in November and December 2023. The BAILEY chairs are the first items to raise such significant issues, and I am deeply disappointed in Structube's failure to acknowledge and address the gravity of the situation.
It is disheartening to realize that Structube, a company I once believed in, is not a customer-centered seller. Terrible quality and poor service
I bought a couch in May 2023 for $2,300.
As soon as we bought I noticed that the pillows/cushions needed a lot of fluffing to retain their shape. In addition, we would find random feathers here and there.
Six months later, the cushions have not held their shape and when we sit it is hard. In addition, the feathers are poking through couch so much so that you feel them when sitting or laying on the couch. Mind, it is just me and my partner using this couch.
I reported it to Structube and they were very unhelpful. We were left high and dry with this terrible couch.

Extensive delays in waiting for a sofa delivery - now at the 4 month mark and no sign of it arriving anytime soon.
We paid a hefty deposit for a sofa in September that we were assured would be delivered start of November, it then got delayed to December and subsequently delayed to at least the end of January....here's hoping!
In the meantime because we kept getting told a delayed timeframe for delivery at a few week intervals we decided to wait instead of buying another sofa from a more reliable vendor. I think Structube were dishonest and lacked transparency when they accepted the deposit day one.
They also should not have floor models or accept deposits for same if they cannot delivery them items within an appropriate timeframe.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased two items in November. Delivery dates have been pushed back twice on both products. Nothing ever is in stock in this store. Why is that? Doesnât make any sense. I understand once but twice! This is unacceptable and agree with others customer service is terrible. Iâll stick with ikea from now on.

What went wrong "this time"? good question. Third order in row, delivery dates delayed between 1 and 4 months. This is not clear when the items are purchased. A few days delays are acceptable, but months-delays means that the business is not making orders when we make them. Asked for the cancellation of my order and the agent just hung up on me. Now trying to talk to a manager and we need to wait for 3 days because of "process". All this is a scam, will escalate to the competition bureau.
