After ordering the product, I was told it would come the next day after two days I chased it up to find it was put on a collection ticket and not a delivery as discussed on the phone.
Arrived with me 4 days after ordered losing 3 days on site

As always I have had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and a free drink is always nice.
Sam knows his stuff and is always there to give great advice. Prices are very reasonable.

This is the first time I’ve used Strukta although I’ve seen their delivery vans on numerous occasions. I used the telephone ordering service which was brilliant. Very helpful knowledgeable staff and with next day delivery you couldn’t ask for more. First rate company and no wonder the trade use them so much. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you

This was the first time that we'd used this company in an emergency. From start to finish their customer service was excellent. I rang up for a quote and the lady I spoke to took my details and the quote was sent to me within the hour. In fact it may have only been 20 mins or less, it wasn't long. We placed an order as the product cost and delivery charges were excellent compared to other places in the area we had looked at. The product was delivered to our door the next morning at 7am before the builder arrived at 7.45am. We couldn't fault them. The customer service, value for money and friendly approach even right down to the driver was faultless. The management team must be very proud of their staff as they were all on the ball. I would definitely use this company again when the need arises. They definitely saved us a big headache.

Online ordering system is great, its so much easier as I can look at what I am ordering and compare agaist similar products, delivery is always next day if ordered before the cut off time. Staff are always friendly and professional. Strukta is a great company to use.

the hub is really easy to use and usually has what i need to order. The stock is always full and its very rare something is not available.
Deliveries are always very prompt and usually delivered next day and boxed very professionally.

Awful experience. Ordered an RSJ from Strukta Bournemouth. They misread the calculations I gave them from my structural engineer and provided me with an incorrect length. I assumed they did their job properly and read the calculations properly and paid up only to find that when trying to install the beam it was too short. Also the beam didn't come until after 4 days and didn't come when they said it was going to when they texted me. Also it wasn't until after paying did they tell me it was a non-refundable item. I am still trying to get my money back and according to Giles who is dealing with my complaint as a "goodwill gesture" I have to return a steel beam I don't want, and pay 50% reduced restock charge and they are refusing to give me my money back.

Delivered on the day expected. Found Strukta to be very easy to work with. Will always use where I can.

What can I say about this company, we have used for several years now and are alway do whatever they can to help, I emailed Curtis at 22:30 at night desperately needing something delivered the next day, by 07:00 the next morning I had an email back saying delivered by lunch the next day , if that is not going above and beyond I don’t know what is .. highly recommend
