been using this company for a few years now, not always the cheapest, but when I place an enquiry its always dealt with promptly.
when orders are placed they are very communicative and delivery is second to none.

Very disappointed with a product bought from here.
The nail fire nail gun.
I didn't get to use it much within the warranty time and didn't use all of the 3300 nails before the tool broke.
This unfortunately at the 13th month so out of warranty.
Structure would not approach the manufacturer or send it to them even though you could plainly see it was barely used.

We always have a next day delivery - a text to confirm the time in the morning and a treat from driver today it was World Cup chocolates ! Brilliant

THREE attempts to contact company using their 'contact us' page on website, over 8 days.
Guess what, NOTHING..
So much for their vaunted 'customer service'!!
Wanted information on product, nearest store a way away, just to travel to find not got it, or too expensive.
Also, appears that they are trade only, but wanted clarification. Got NOTHING. Obviously not interested, so have now sourced from a RELIABLE company, who actually REPLY to requests for information......

Quick delivery, friendly service, would highly recommend. Delivered a load of lintels to my site in Midsomer Norton and I was amazed at how quickly they got here. Driver was great as well.

Never have an issue with this company. They are always quick to quote and delivery within reasonable times of the order

If there was a 0 star option, I’d give that instead! Really poor service from Strukta on numerous occasions. Make promises they can’t keep, and when there’s a problem, they’re not interested. It took 4 attempts to supply me with a product that was in a satisfactory condition, nearly 6 months after ordering, without any show of good will. If you’re relying on a product turning up on time, and in new condition, I’d definitely go somewhere else!

Great products, easy ordering with quick shipping. Great helpful company.
