I found Stuart miller on tiktok, reached out to them with an email they got back to me straight away. They Issued me a solicitor that specialised in my type of case, I was accused of a serious a offence and looking at a starting point of 10 Years after pleading not guilty and taking the case to trial. At first I was worried they wasn’t taking it seriously but they do. Mr Kibla at the firm called me in for a meeting, we sat down and discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the case. then got my case dismissed due to lack of evidence before I even had to make an official plea. And got my belongings back !!! Best service could’ve asked for and I can confidently say Stuart miller, especially Mr Kibla, are Trust worthy.

Poor service
Charged me £1800 and dropped me as soon as I was due in court. The fee was a fixed fee and only covered telephone calls and emails to and from myself and the police, something that I could have done myself. You are better off without them.
If it was ‘clear’ I wouldn’t have needed to post a review or engaged a firm that was too far away to be affective. A respectable firm would have refused to take the case.

We have reviewed our records and can again confirm that when you first instructed us, we clearly explained what our fixed fee covered, and what it didn’t - this included court representation. We also advised that due to location, we could not provide representation at court unless on a private basis, and suggested you seek assistance from a local firm for that stage.
We assist clients across the country on a daily basis. It is entirely common and professionally acceptable for solicitors to advise from afar, especially during early investigative stages. This is not indicative of a lack of respectability, but is simply how modern legal practices operate.
We always strive to be transparent about the scope of our services and fees, and we did so in your case. We appreciate that legal matters can be stressful, but respectfully note that a failure to read or recall information provided does not reflect a failure on our part.

I had the good fortune to meet Abu Kibla as a duty Solicitor at Highbury Magistrates court last week. My case was complicated but he quickly understood my dilemma and immediately represented me extremely well. He was also highly complimented by another defendant I spoke to that day. Savannah - Stewart Miller
We worked with Savannah from the practice who went above and beyond to ensure we were kept in the loop every step of the way, it being our first time experiencing anything like this she had an amazing bed side manor and was reassuring through our worry and stress, she goes above and beyond with her availability always on call day and night and knows the ins and outs of all sides of the law, our case was hellish as my son was innocent and going through hell, after a year of torture his innocence was proven with the NOT GUILTY verdict.
