Contacted them with a personal query following a video of theirs that I'd viewed re:recent changes to DBS. Spoke to Mr Kibla - very speedy response and great support throughout the conversation which made me feel comfortable with what I disclosed. After years of worry and stress. Mr Kibla was able to give advice and information that offer me light at the end of a very dark tunnel. So glad I stumbled across their video on my tik tok but even more glad that I reached out for advice and guidance! I feel relief.Thank you so much- will be recommending !

Kate Blackmore was super professional and answered all my questions. She always called me before my hearings and explained everything that would be covered in the session.

There are so many good things I could write here. The team I got from SM’s were tenacious, actively engaged, supportive, empathetic, and kind.

After submitting an enquiry early Monday morning I received a very prompt call back from Tasnuva Hossain. After explaining all of the required information, the advise received was clear and precise. ZIf it were possible I would give NO STARS!I approached this company via the online form. My problem is very serious. No reply.
So next day called them, one telephone number did not work at all, the other I got a reply. Apparently a lady had my message and was ‘dealing with it’, she was out to lunch, but would be told I had called and would get back to me . So I waited, waited and waited! Nothing that day. So have now waited and my concerns have clearly been binned!
I now have to go to police interview alone! Thanks for nothing. It’s now 5:00pm on Friday!
It’s simply not possible to have any confidence in a company that cannot answer a message! Well done
Stuart Miller Solicitors - can’t even manage a single phone call. Certainly can’t be trusted to show up at police station or be any help at all.

How can anyone possibly have any confidence in this firm? It takes a poor review and 3 days for anyone to even look? Having been asked to go to station this week, after waiting 10 weeks, and no one available- Police are clearly considering this firm a joke! They have organised someone for me. I don’t know how you got your awards! Because you obviously have people who don’t work! They just collect. Other previous customers have expressed serious dissatisfaction. Obviously nothing but nothing has been done! If there was a true apology, a phone call would have been forthcoming. Heck no!
Clearly get their awards out of Kornies and weetabix packets! Because they obviously don’t earn them!
