The one thing I have found to be confusing is that although I booked and am tracking all of my reservations through VRBO, my communications for this facility are through Summer in Italy. This is not a complaint. Luca's correspondence has been clear in directing me to the proper site. I just keep forgetting because I am tracking all of my reservations through VRBO. I also keep losing the password he sent me to access my reservation. Eventually, I will remember to refer to the correct place for this reservation. :)

Just so easy to book and staff are very attentive. In fact, the only company where we've felt it's a personal service.

This was my first experience with the Summer In Italy site and Trustpilot and I found the process, the verified reviews, and the customer service to be excellent. UPDATE: More recently, I emailed Summer In Italy for their recommended options on transport from FCO Rome to Praiano and they responded very quickly, they explained the logistics on shuttle train/fast train/buses etc. very clearly, and they also provided 4 unbiased options regarding private car transport. All their information was so useful and helpful. I'm looking forward to my stay in Praiano booked through Summer In Italy.
