We have booked our holidays in Portugal with Sun-hat Villas for the past few years. They provide an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble.

It was our 3rd year in a row booking with Sun-Hat.

This was our second villa booking in VDL with Sunhat and they were amazing once again. Had a couple of minor issues whilst there but they were always available even on a Sunday. Villas exactly as per brochure so we would have no problem recommending and using again.

We hired a villa in Vale do Lobo through Sun Hat, booking was easy, all information clearly given.
We arrived to find a lovely clean villa with information pack.
I needed to contact Charlie our rep on a couple of occasions and I have to say she was exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond.
We had a great holiday and would definitely book through Sun Hat Villas again.

This was our first time booking through Sun-hat and they were really helpful and efficient from start to finish. Previously we have rented through Airbnb and Vrbo but this was a different level of service, from the information brochure we were sent, to the in-resort rep who came to check in on us after we arrived and was on hand to help with a couple of queries we had. The villa in Portugal was as described - clean, well-equipped, in a convenient location and with a lovely outdoor pool area with stunning sea views. Cleaners came in twice a week and the pool maintenance guys every couple of days. Our key deposit was returned to us promptly. Would definitely book through this company again.

The company, booking team and website are super helpful and honest which is not to be said for many companies these days. A pleasure as always to go with.

Cannot recommend Sun Hat highly enough.

We stayed at Villa Aimee it was the best villa we have stayed in.
Clean, comfortable there is nothing that we needed that wasn’t there.
The pool was fabulous
The beds and rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The gym area was a bonus

Book a villa in Dunas Douradas in June 2022. Great service start to finish. They always have a person at the end of the phone in addition to online. In advance they let us know their may be building work at an adjacent villa, and offered an alternative or discounted price on what we had already paid - I don't know any other companies would not had done this.
Friendly and helpful service when we arrived. Will use again, and recommend.
