Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Could not recommend more highly.

Very professional- great service from the initial quotation and throughout the moving day.Packing materials were of a good quality. The removal staff were helpful and good humoured and there were no breakages. The move was very reasonably priced, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

The 3 removal operatives worked exceptionally hard and were very careful with our furniture, considering the weather was absolutely horrendous. They were on time and very cheerful and a good laugh highly recommended

We were delighted with the Sunnyside team that helped us move to our new home 3 weeks ago. Almost everything was carefully packed and loaded the day before the move and, despite the best efforts of the solicitors and Land Registry to hold us all up, the team kept their sense of humour and worked extremely hard to complete our move the following day. The only criticism might be that they worked so efficiently that we found it hard to keep up!

Now that we have unpacked most of our belongings, nothing is broken or damaged and we cannot speak too highly of the service we received.

Traffic chaos because they have blocked the road by parking next to a pedestrian island effectively caising a one way street.There is plenty of room either side.

Sunnyside Removals recently moved us from Hampshire to Wiltshire and we cannot praise them highly enough for their service. Our house was packed up by their team with speed and care (nothing was broken on the other end). Once at the new house, the team worked like Trojans moving everything into the new house and garage - this despite challenging access issues (and many stairs!) to get items into the garage. The team were cheerful, polite and very personable. We would highly recommend Sunnyside Removals!

Full credit to this company. Everything went smoothly and it wasn't the easiest of circumstances with difficult parking at both locations. However on top of doing what we'd agreed and paid for, these guys went above and beyond and accommodated some last minute changes which made the move so much easier. Thank you.

Would avoid. We secured a date, filled in all the forms and on a Friday emailed to confirm the exact figure for deposit. Rather than respond to us immediately, we had to wait until the Monday to be told that the date had been taken and we had lost our booking. Less than 2 weeks out from our move it caused incredible stress and panic. We responded to all enquiries as quickly as we could and were never informed that our booking was in danger of being lost.

We invited quotes from three removal companies and Sunnyside were the only company to offer a visit from a member of staff to survey the job personally and offer advice. We elected to have valuables & kitchenware packed, which was done on day one, together with most of the other items that could be loaded, leaving us the minimum to be collected on moving day. The crew that handled our move consisted of Rob, Dan, Gabriel & John, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really went out of their way to make the move as smooth as possible. On arrival at our new house, the outgoing people were late leaving, and access was delayed but extra staff were used to get all our belongings off-loaded, beds assembled and everything where we wanted before they left. Would definitely recommend the Sunnyside team.

A very troublefree house move.
Supplied packing materials so w could pack our valuables and delicates ourselves. The day before move they carefully packed everything else.
On the move day all went very smoothly.
Everything arrived undamaged.
Very helpful and cheerful team.
Overall highly reccomend this company. Excellent value fpr money.

Having met with a few companies quoting for my move, Sunnyside weren't the cheapest but ticked all of the boxes in my requirements. I paid for the packing service which the guys came and did on a Monday, and completely filled one lorry to bursting capacity, next day they completed the rest in the morning, including moving over 20 pots (some upwards of 80kg) from the back garden (they ended up having to drop some of these off in the front garden of the new property before returning for the remainder (fortunately it was only 4 miles away). The guys were efficient, they kept their humour, and made the whole thing as easy as it could have been. No breakages.. Collected all of the the empty boxes a few days later. Happy customer.. Thanks guys..

We used Sunnyside to move home locally at the end of January 2021 and could not have been happier!
Right from the off, the office team were friendly and accommodating to the numerous date changes that were being imposed by our vendors.
Come move date we were assigned Rob and his team, who were fantastic! They packed our loft and garage (no mean feat) and we did the rest. They were polite and extremely hard grafters for whom nothing was too much trouble.
We would happily to endorse them and would most definitely recommend them for use in the future.

My previous review stated that it was the admin side of this company that is bad. They then stated; We turned up to pack your property and you had packed your house already yourself. That man still needs paying for the day, you cant just change your mind on the day before your house move.
However, this is false. There was never a time that I said I wanted the packing service. I even said this to the girl I spoke to initially but even so she added into the invoice without any clarity that this was what she was doing. So I have now downgraded them for such a poor and untrue response. I had to threaten legal action to get you to drop your claim to the money.

Fantastic service. Ryan and his partner got things packed up quickly and efficiently and were really friendly and reassuring. At the other end we had a complete nightmare getting the keys but the lads were fantastic and when we were ready loaded everything off in the dark quickly and carefully. Really happy, great value too.
