Supafit are a great small business in Dronfield. Genna came to visit and designed me a bespoke set of floor-length bookshelves and cupboards. I had lots of advice and opportunity to choose materials and colours in the showroom, looked after very well by Sarah, and everything was expertly fitted in a day by Chris. I'm so pleased with the colour and design, it's transformed a room with no structural alterations. The furniture is good quality and very sturdy and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business, the communication, design, quality of furniture, price and customer service are excellent.

The contrast between the installation quality and the company's management is night and day.

The installer was fantastic. He worked tirelessly, went the extra mile, and delivered a high-quality installation. We have nothing but praise for his craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, the showroom staff behaviour was completely unacceptable. After a minor delay due to illness, management mid-week pulled the installer off our job to squeeze in another client. This cut our agreed timeline and left our home disrupted with stored materials.

When I visited the showroom to discuss this, I was met with extreme hostility, defensiveness, and an unprofessional attitude from the owner's daughter. A subsequent email from the owner contained clear contradictions that only highlighted the business's dishonesty regarding how our project was deprioritised.

I sent a final email to the company two days ago outlining these issues, but I have received no response. In this day and age, I would expect a business to respond as soon as possible to resolve a matter rather than leaving things to chance, especially when a one-star review can actively discourage potential customers.

While the physical work is excellent, the stress, terrible communication, and absolutely shocking showroom behavior mean I cannot recommend this company.

Supafit provided an excellent service from the initial discussions in the showroom, the measuring service and the final fitting. The staff and fitter were really friendly and helpful. The fitter left absolutely no mess!

Recently had new fitted wardrobes and can't recommend Supafit enough. Customer care and communication was excellent. They were able to create a design in a bedroom where space was tight which looks lovely and is practical. Attention to detail and quality assurance was really good they checked and rechecked measurements so everything was spot on. Craftsmanship and the quality of the wardrobes is excellent. They even provide contacts for other trades you might need. Will definitely use them again

From the very start the girls in the showroom really put us at ease and helped us choose the perfect wardrobes for our project. Everything went super smooth and we got a fitting date really quickly. The wardrobes are gorgeous and we are very very happy customers. I'd highly recommend Supafit to anyone looking for fitted furniture.

We have now used this company twice for fitted bedroom furniture and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of their service. They listened carefully to what we wanted and unlike a couple of the major national fitted furniture experts, produced bespoke solutions exactly to our requirements. Fitting was expertly carried out with minimal fuss and mess leaving us with a quality and practical solution to our wardrobe needs. Fabulous service from start to finish. Lydia was great when she came out and measured up and came up with some brilliant suggestions. Beth in the showroom was very helpful when choosing the colour scheme. The main star was our fitter who went above and beyond in making sure that the fit was perfect.

Great service from start to finish. I'm thrilled with my new cabinets and as someone who doesn't have an eye for design I was grateful of the team's creative input and guidance.

The staff at Superfit have been great in helping us to work out the best design for a wardrobe and dressing table in a smallish bedroom. They were very patient in planning and the fitter has done a great job. The furniture itself is of great quality and looks fantastic.
A lovely team and one I would highly recommend. We have used them several times now.

Supafit have recently fitted wardrobes in two of my bedrooms and I am immensely pleased with them. Everyone with whom I made contact at Supafit was professional, knowledgeable and their advice invaluable. Their customer service is excellent.

We have just had a cupboard fitted to mask all the heating pipes in our hall way by superfit and are so happy with the end product.
The finish and quality is fantastic giving us much needed storage .
The fitters have made a fabulous job.

This is the second time we have used Supafit and we can’t recommend them enough.
The service given by the ladies in the office is spot on, advising you on what is best for you, rather than trying to upsell.
The fitter was brilliant and talked us through everything & made any alterations that we asked for, for holes for access to sockets etc.
The media wall is beautiful and we are very pleased with it.

The customer service was brilliant. All the staff listened to what we wanted and a plan was made up and the attention to detail from the designer made that plan evolve and we have ended up with something so much more than what we expected. Communication was brilliant from start to finish.
