I made an appointment yesterday for 10:00 a.m. today which is September 2nd and when I get there the girl that was supposed to do my hair called off which by the way she's also a manager I showed a picture of the haircut that I wanted to the girl Carrie Ann and it didn't come out anything like it was supposed to also then I didn't get my hair colored because the next person coming in wasn't going to be there till 11:00 I do not recommend this salon at all this is the one on Sullivan Sullivan trail in Easton Pennsylvania we have bad management the woman who owns it has has never gone to hair styling School ever the people that work there have only met her once so she obviously does not care about the problems and she's not available to deal with the problems she can't even jump in and cut somebody's hair if it needs to be done bad management bad hairstylist I would give this place a negative star

I am 64 I donât do Orange, purple white or anything else⊠she put on a darker toner washed it out oh good news after she stripped the ORANGE OUT I walked out with YELLOW HAIR BRASY and told to wait and week and get lo lights..I was there from 11:30-4:30 and wanted to cry!!!! Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! You may develop a serious medical condition getting your hair cut here like I did. They don't properly sanitize their equipment. I know this because shortly after getting my hair cut with supercuts, I developed blisters on the back of my head that are painful and ooze a clear liquid. They form an amber colored crust by bedtime every night. I went to a doctor, and they told me I have impetigo. It's highly painful and contagious and comes from places like supercuts. I'm in hell because this crap hurts something fierce and I feel like I have a fever. I might need to make a second trip to the doctor. I have an underlying medical issue that makes it difficult to heal from bacterial infections like the one I got from supercuts. if any Good Lawyers are interested, I have evidence and would love to sue the heck out of this crappy company.

I asked for a slight trim, and my hair is way above my shoulders, and my bangs are WAY above my eyebrows and made my hair look like a nasty little boy. I absolutely hate my hair and how I look now because of this, And one side was longer than the other in the front so I had to trim it myself, which I have no experience cutting hair so now it looks even worse. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Im NEVER going back to that place, do better and listen to your clients.. my hair is so short. Again, I asked for a slight trim and specifically said keep it as long as possible. Note my hair was a little past my shoulders, and my bangs were a little past my EYES. So now my hair is way above my shoulder and my bangs are way above my eyebrows. And I mean this review in the nicest possible way, I know you can do better! Alex is more than capable, and the cost for her services are reasonable.

I walked into Supercuts and asked for a haircut they were friendly and helpful said they could do it, I waited a bit then the stylist came over to get me. She asked me a few questions and proceed to wash cut and blow dry. The cut was beyond what I expected, I feel so beautiful and she knew exactly what to do. Thank you Julie!!!

After all, my regular barber, who I've faithfully visited for years, only charges a mere $8 more than the basic cut amount, and that's including a tip.
The initial warning signs began when the stylist seemed disinterested in my instructions. I explicitly communicated my concerns about my high widow's peak and stressed the importance of avoiding a "V" shape when my hair laid flat. Unfortunately, it appeared that my instructions fell on deaf ears. The stylist went ahead with the cut, and the result was exactly what I had dreaded - a glaring "V" at my hairline, even when my hair was styled down. It was as if my concerns had been ignored entirely, leading to a look that was far from what I had envisioned.
But the disappointment didn't end there. When it came time to settle the bill, I confidently handed over my SuperCuts gift card, expecting a seamless transaction. To my astonishment, the cashier informed me that they were unable to accept the gift card as payment. Instead, I was forced to pay with my own hard-earned cash. They messed my hair up. I asked for a wolfcut. Bangs to the middle of my nose and an inch cut off. Tell me why my bangs are up to my eyebrows, my hair is thin and short??? Terrible. They take so long for it to come out like trash!
Two of the worse haircuts
Two of the worse haircuts ever. My wife and I on a vacation in Florida and thought we'd get our hair cuts as we had pictures of exactly what we wanted. Showed them to the stylist (if you can call them that), and their responses were we can do that cut for you. The end result was not ever close to what we'd shown them so they were just in for the money and the cuts were quick and dirty for sure. We thought in that we had pictures of what we wanted that they could get us close to those looks, but they couldn't even do that after say "no problem. Now months of growning out and we'll find a good cutter but these two woman could not cut and also were liars.

First time I was treated very rude told check in on pad, I said there is someone's debit card info and I don't think I should,was told just to hit enter. Didn't stay. Second time, I thought I will try again several weeks later, maybe just a bad day. New the routine this time,checked in and it told me a 3 minute wait,so I waited 10 minutes and then rudely asked what I needed??? I said I checked in and she said we don't have any appointments .We are too busy, come back in a couple of hours,I said I wouldn't be back. This was in the Van Buren AR Walmart store.

Don't waste your time making aâŠ
Don't waste your time making a reservation or checking in online. The time you select does not mean anything and its not an actual appointment. I really don't get the point of the reservation system at all, might as well remove it. Anyone walking in off the street will be ahead of you. So its basically the opposite of useful reservations like at a restuarant, doctors office, golf tee time, whatever.
