I ordered a coat online which turned out to be too big, I ordered the smaller size into a store and collected the new one whilst dropping off the original. The return was simple and the staff were friendly.

Called the Basingstoke store to check stock on a jacket for my son. Only available online but the salesman was really helpful & helped me work out what size would be best for him. Ordered online & arrived earlier than expected & and as a perfect fit. Great service & product

Order has not been delivered by courier Evri. Their tracking does not provide details of what has happened to it.
At what point can I have compensation or preferably the coat I ordered!

Item we needed was not in stock so ordered it from the store in Basingstoke and as promised arrived in 3 days,well impressed,and staff so good too

Pleased with the 20% off. I was very impressed with the service in the shop and after. They didn’t have the size we wanted so they ordered it for us(a very slick process) and it arrived a couple of days later. The communication was great. A very good experience! Well done!

Order was ready to collect almost as soon as I had placed it and the service I received in the shop on collection was excellent - efficient and very polite and friendly.

The shop assistants went out of the way to order the coat we wanted and even kept another colour so we could compare both colours as soon as the other one arrived.
