I placed an order on 23.12.2024 in your store where it was said that it would be delivered in 7 days regardless of holidays... which I see is not the case, and I regret not having picked up another jacket at the shopping center.

Very efficient

Very helpful assistance in the shop.
Positive attitude and kind towards the clients.
The only "negative" part was that the anti-thief tag has been forgotten attached to the jacket.

Very helpful staff in Blanchardstown. Helped me order . Speedy delivery and item is exactly as described.

How easy it was to order an item in store

Very Helpful in store staff and organising the products I required.
Fast way couriers where very poor as the package was left in my garden overnight in wet conditions the jacket was wrapped in plastic in the superdry packaging it wasn't damaged but water seeped through packaging and I had to wash the product and dry same

The staff were very helpful and kind. Like the style and quality of clothes.

When I went in to purchase my coat the staff member was very helpful and ordered it into the store for me as the item was not available in store.
I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock.
I would definitely purchase from there again.

The lady in the shop couldn't be any more helpful ordered the jacket and it came in less than a week

Wanted to purchase a jacket for Christmas but store did not have the size. Sales assistant told us she could order it in store and have it delivered to the house in 3 to 5 working days with no delivery charge. Paid for the jacket on the 11th December and never received the jacket.

Will never shop in superdry again and will make sure family and friends stay away too.

Went to the shops looking for a jumper didn't have it the manager was really nice and ordered on line and said will delivery in one week. Past more than one week and no delivery so I contact the customer service asking about the answer was quick they lost my order, sad unless I contacted I would never know what happening.
Same day got email about returning I didn't want to return now I don't know do I have to buy again?!?!

I have not received my order despite ordering over 1 week ago

T-shirt came very quickly from ordering and very good Quality. The gentlemen in the shop was very helpful and good customer service unfortunately did not get his name but he did have a black wrist brace on.

Emma in the blanchardstown shopping centre store … top class, couldn’t have done much more for me as a customer .. if you’re going there .. look for Emma, she is professional, kind and everything you would expect in a retail outlet.
