Superdry - Bluewater レビュー 

Staff , friendly and helpful. Good choice. But unfortunately what I purchased was reduced and paid full price. Didn't realize whilst in shop as it was a busy day, lots of shopping for Christmas presents. So when I got home I had to travel back to store. The staff refunded the difference with no problems. But wasted an hour because of this.

Husband purchased top & trousers for me for Christmas gift and gave me a gift receipt & the till purchase receipt as I needed to return the trousers. I went back to the Lakeside store where they were purchased on Sunday 4 January and found the store closed. I had to then located the next nearest store which was in Bluewater Kent and return the item obviously costing me toll fees to travel to the store in Kent from Essex. Thankfully the staff were helpful in refunding the item back on to my Husbands card.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Easy returns. Well made interesting clothing. Never disappoints.

My daughter attempted to use a valid gift card, yet we were unable to do so because the card was inexplicably placed on hold. We had to visit the store three separate times, and each time the staff were unable to explain the issue. They repeatedly tried contacting customer service but could not reach anyone.

For such a large brand, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff acknowledged that the card was valid, yet they were reluctant or unable to provide any meaningful assistance. As a result, we were forced to purchase another ticket, as my daughter urgently needed it for her winter trip.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

Good quality product and helpful, friendly service. However, the promise of a 1 year guarantee to be sent by email produced merely an email receipt with no mention of a guarantee. It has, in addition to, resulted in daily marketing emails!

Although we had to wait for a long time in the queue due to only having one person on the tills once it was our turn we were treated very well.

Very nice staff.

Super helpful staff, layout and style of store is different to the norm alone with the beautiful unique clothing. I definitely will be returning for more purchases x
