Very efficient, very straightforward and super quick postage excellent service

I bought 2 items for my husband which we then returned and bought 2 more expensive items which was very easy to exchange

This is the bigest superdry store i have been in a very good range of mens and womens. I bought a few items as i could see them.staff were helpful becase i tried a item on but was one in store just not out.

Staff were always readily available and not overbearing. They allowed me time and space to browse before purchasing.
Extremely pleasant and polite when asked for guidance and efficient at checkout.

I was not informed when my order was in.
I had to phone to find out it was there.
Not the best service either.
