Superdry - Bournemouth レビュー 

Long term Superdry customer, the quality is always on point which keeps me coming back to store and online. I usually by trunks & boxer shorts from Superdry. Always very comfortable and plenty of options in regards to colours. I do have to say however the latest trunks I purchased are below par in regards to the branding. On the waist elastic the wording has been cut in half and then stitched back mid-matched so that it reads supedry, the other pair are not much better with the stitching running through the R which makes it look very distorted. I just think this makes them look really shoddy. I do think for the price of the trunks I would expect better. Purely a visual thing, the trunks are still comfy and I would not return. But it is very noticeable and again I would say it just looks poor from a company that prides itself in quality.

Called into the Bournemouth branch to return an item, the assistant was so helpful and very efficient.

The sales consultant was very helpful and did my order and sent the item for home delivery.

Haha I still haven't received it yet and u want me to rate your service 😂😂tbh the problem is not with superdry its hermes there a f**king joke

I ordered the mans Bomber Jacket online, the site is great, so easy to oder from and quick. I opted to collect in-store as I wasn't sure if I was going to be in or not. When I went to the store in Bournemouth the lady that dealt with me could not have been more helpful; so impressed.

The jacket was so well made but I didn't keep it as it was slightly shorten than I'd have liked, but I am slightly older than the majority of Superdry customers so I am sure it would have been prefect for 95% of people. The Returns process was so easy to, very straight forward; I have nothing but good comments for this company.

Staff were super helpful. As a senior citizen who had never heard of the name Superdry before asked to buy a certain top for my grandson's Christmas present the member of staff who served me couldn't have been more helpful.

Perfect coat for UK unpredictable weather! Great fit and colour. Ideal for long dog walks and room to layer up when it’s chilly.

I recieved excellent service as usual the staff at Bournmouth are always polite and helpful that is why I go there when.on holiday.

My items arrived promptly.. However I'd ordered multiple sizes as not certain of fit..
I could not input my data on the returns page online.. I followed all the instructions for order number etc.. I ended up returning them just using collect plus return online.. If you are not going to include paper work to return.. Online returns must work..

Shop staff were brilliant in a slightly complex return, allowing me to exchange a late gift due to lockdown with a gift card that I could then use at my choice online. I was also pleased to see the renewable packaging that my item was delivered in.

Cannot review it yet as I have not had it delivered.
Apparently it is still in transit somewhere.

I like the quality olso the size meseure is good as well colors brilliant and design. Only the price sometimes maby a little to expensive overall very happy 😊

Whatever I buy from superdry it is the tops, for size, style and quality 👌
