The assistant ordered on line for me to be delivered to my home within three days which it was

The girl in the shop approached me to help, was really nice and friendly. Got the Order I had went to collect and helped me get a few things for myself. Excellent service wirh a smile (behind a mask anyway)

Delighted. Hoodie looks great & fits well. Staff in Braehead were very friendly & helped me measure it to ensure I got the right size.

I ordered a jacket to click and collect from the braehead shop and everything was perfect! The staff were lovely and super quick to get my order from the back and I would definitely shop there again!

I placed my order 26/11/21 and was due to receive my order on the 2-3rd/12/21. I have still not received my item. I used the customer chat , but the system said it does not have an update

The fact that I haven’t received my product yet and your sending me emails like this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be phone customer services regarding the matter. I love all my super dry products when I actually receive them

Pretty good online, notsomuch in store. Staff in Braehead were really reticent regarding what discount affected what garment, …”they’ll tell you at the till”.
So the expectation is for the customer to queue just to find out what an item costs??
Truly disappointed and dissatisfied.

The item I wanted in your shop was out of stock but when I enquired about it your assistant was very helpful and they ordered it for me .I was delighted when I was told it would be delivered to my address free of charge.That was a bonus and I will certainly shop there again.

My purchase is for my sons Christmas.He always picks Superdry jackets as they are well made and reasonably priced.

Everything as planned tried on in shop on the Wednesday colour I wanted never had my size girl was really helpful in the bear head store and sorted it for me to pay and it came 5 days later.

Ordered a jacket for click&collect, picked it up 2days later, great fit, does what it says on the tin, what's not to like?

Easy to locate what I was looking for, friendly, polite staff and very professional

Quick delivery. Swapped sizes no problem. The jacket is massive, I m usually a 10, but the 8 was perfect
