The staff were helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any requests like a particular colour they went out back show it to me on line to make my shopping experience enjoyable

Purchased 3 t-shirts. Got the wrong size, easy to swap them. Good service

Я купую не вперше у цьому магазині. Але не була зареєстрована. Тому не могла залишити відгук. Мені подобається якість одягу в магазині та подобається обслуговування. Я маю проблему у спілкуванні бо моя англійська досить маленька, але продавці чудово ідуть на контакт та допомагають. Якось я купила не свій розмір штанів і мені без проблем поміняли наступного дня (звісно я мала чек). Щодо спортивних штанів я вибрала собі певну модель яка сподобалась, але є ще й інший фасон який мені подобається але мені не підходить бо дуже низька посадка пояса( бедровки). Думаю тут прохання до виробника мало б бути щоб штани у поясі були трішки вищими бо коли згинаюсь то видно білизну.

This is my 2nd superdry purchase and it was fantastic. The delivery was fast, the quality of the item is amazing and its been a weeks since i got the coat and ive been wearing it everyday since then, its suitible for all weather types and is very lightweight but really cozy and warm. It goes with so many outfits and thank you so much superdry for your top-quality service.

It was hard to find this Jacket which I was looking out for to replace the already existing Jacket, which is having some mechanical issues to use.
Was able to finally get the Jacket, but with limited options.
I can understand, as it was non-seasonal to have the stock of that type of Jackets.
