Quick and easy to order products online - free delivery in store - arrived within couple of days - collected from store within minutes. Friendly helpful staff. No waiting around. Exactly what you would expect.

I visited bury store today to return a coat for my partner whom gave me full permission to return using his card. I was refused by ‘the store owner’ and accused of fraud in front of a shop full of people. The manager had an awful attitude towards myself and my father and continued to refuse the return even with permission from head office to do so. Would never go back to this store after this experience.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the Manager of the Bury branch today . After making a purchase at Super dry myself today my daughter was with me returning a coat her partner had purchased he didn’t like . She had the item along with original receipt and the original card it was purchased on . A very aggressive member of staff identifying herself as the manager publicly accused us of illegal activity and fraud as my daughter was brought her partners debit card which the item was purchased on . I told her in no uncertain terms not to accuse anyone of this she called security and asked us to leave the store . What was wrong with this angry Manager ? She has a lot to learn of how to be respectful to customers and do not accuse someone of something they have not done ! We as a family are very upset with Super dry . All I can say is what a very unpleasant experience !

Visited the shop at the Rock in Bury. Wanted to give positive feedback on Kieran. I asked him to check if they had a jacket I wanted. He was really helpful, had the jacket sent to me by the next day, as he knew I wanted it in time for my husband's birthday. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help. Please pass on my gratitude, he's a great advert for your business

My order arrived at the store the day after. Quick and easy collection. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Slim fit cargo trousers. Usually take a 27 waist, but none available so ordered 28 - way too big so exchanged in store for 26. Still too big. Staff in Bury store great, looked for stock both online and in store but unfortunately nothing available. Trousers excellent quality. Really wanted them to fit but not to be.
Ordered and delivered to store as stated. (2 days for two separate pairs)
