Excellent service

Ordered a coat online. Annoyingly it was far too large (should have read the reviews) but returned to the store and got a full refund the next day. Brilliant service. Only thing I would suggest is sending an email or giving a receipt in store when you return as I was nervous I handed the coat back and didn’t get any proof I had returned it. The coat was a lot of money but thankfully all was okay.

This was a Christmas present which I needed to change for a different size. Dealt with efficiently and new size ordered online for me and delivered within days.

Excellent in store customer service and quality item. Accidentally ordered the wrong length trousers. Dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally with staff member in store. She was also very pleasant. Good quality clothes and will now go there again for both these reasons.

Laura was just lovely. Really approachable friendly and helpful.

Purchased t shirts for myself, the shop is self service as so many are now. Not even a free bag to carry my purchase home, so 3 stars is all that is deserved.

Good quality product

Really helpful sales assistant. He went 'The extra mile' to find the size I needed. I liked my purchase so much, I bought 3 more Superdry outfits online.

Love Superdry. Really well made clothes, great designs and colours. I love the music in the shop.

Products are great but sadly the staff were a little unfriendly... seemed more interested in their phones and chatting than helping me find the changing room.

Easy to order and delivery was quick. Unfortunately one of the items didn’t fit so that was returned to store which was also simple. Would order online again.

Attempted to exchange an item that was too small to store outside of the 28-day window by a couple of weeks. I appreciate that it's outside of the returns policy, but the item was a gift following the birth of my daughter and I've been recovering from surgery. The store manager told me that it wasn't possible and to speak to customer services. I spoke to customer services and was told returns are at the manager's discretion! Some transparency / honesty would be nice.

The young woman who helped me, stripped a mannequin to help me try the right size, even though it wasn’t 🫢 She and her coworkers were really helpful and friendly.

Super happy with jacket . Fantastic quality and quick delivery.ordered a medium and large size and chose the large.returns was super easy and fast and received payment within 5 days.
