The staff helped to ordered the long coat online and collect in shop. The staffs was very helpful and friendly.

No one was serving at the till- we waited in a queue for ages - couldn’t really see anyone on the shop floor that looked like staff.

Ordered jacket on line with click & collect, jacket turned up at my local Superdry store in less than 24 hrs. Item fitted (M) perfectly and well impressed with quality of jacket as you'd expect from Superdry. Great all round service with no problems.

Arrived in time for Christmas as a present and delighted the recipient.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Both hoodie and joggers I bought were of high quality and my children loved them and said they felt soft and cozy.

Bought many items of clothing from Superdry, good quality at reasonable prices. Both online and in store customer service has been excellent. Popped in to the Cambridge brunch today and bought a padded jacket and once again great service. Highly recommended. Thank you.

You were open early on Sunday, the staff were mega helpful, the showroom was tidy and well spaced out.

Store and staff extremely helpful but the sizing come up really small. We purchase a bomber jacket for my 13 year old and had to buy an adult size 12! You are not portraying a health body image to the youth of today!
But staff were excellent.

Nice set up, very helpful staff and good quality clothing. Slightly tight fit but comfy. Not used to super dry sizing so may size up in future.

Went to collect today at Cambridge and it was shut at 5pm. Who shuts a main shop at 5???? Wasted journey.

Superdry let me exchange the overshirt for a bigger size. The overshirt looks like an authentic military shirt. The price is reasonable considering it is a limited edition. No complaints.
